Firing assistants won't fix the problem. This is a culture/identity problem that comes from the HC. He's just soft and apathetic and so is the entire staff and team. Mediocrity.

Will be interesting to see how the staff changes in the coming weeks. Some of the whispers aren’t very impressive. But maybe there’s more to come.
