Isn't Alvin his younger brother? If so, I coud see him heading to Auburn to be their take-the-top-off WR.
Depending on how the next few weeks go, I could see Ty Simpson heading to Aurburn as well (Ag Science Major) plus I would guess he and Emman have some good chemistry. Ole Miss with Kiffen would have to get his atten from Kiffen/QB standpoint. 2 years with Kiffen would be a better plan than 2 years of Freezing.

Here are the obvious candidates. There will be a few surprises outside of this list for sure. And not all of these will transfer (majority probably won't). But these are the ones you have to look at based on eligibility remaining and playing time.
QB
- All are candidates to transfer based on feedback they get post-season and the outcome of the Spring battle. If Simpson wins, there would be the least attrition. If someone else wins, we probably need to take a QB in the Spring portal for depth because you could get 2-3 transfers out.
RB
- Justice Haynes. Unlikely, but could go elsewhere and be a bell cow versus the #2 in our offense. Production + 5 star rating means someone may give him some money.
- Richard Young. 3rd year player. Likely 3rd on the depth chart coming into 2025. Most likely transfer here.
- Kevin Riley. 2nd year player behind another in his class (Daniel Hill) on the depth chart. Unlikely but possible.
WR
- Kendrick Law. Likely 3rd+ on depth chart going into 2025. Only one more year of eligibility. Has shown enough to get some money and go out to be the #1 somewhere else.
- Emmanuel Henderson. Mostly buried on the depth chart. One more year of eligibility. Probably needs to transfer to get tape out.
- Kobe Prentice. Bad, bad year from Prentice here. Role has decreased as years have gone on. One more year of eligibility. Needs to transfer to get playing time.
- Jalen Hale. Returning from injury, where does he find himself in the lineup? All depends on whether or not he foresees opportunity here or if his position has slipped.
- Jaren Hamilton. Going into his 3rd year and has hardly touched the field. Obvious transfer down to a G5 program.
- Amari Jefferson. Hard to predict a freshman transfer, but he did not appear in any game this year. Even walkons got in a time or two. Could be gone.
OL
- Elijah Pritchett. If he loses the job, he's probably gone. I think this is a TBD based on Spring camp.
- Miles McVay. 3rd year player that appears 4th on the depth chart with 5 star OT(s) coming in. Could stick it out. Could go. Not a great fit for Deboer's system. Probably makes sense for him to play out Spring camp and see what happens.
TE
- Ty Lockwood? Honestly no big transfer candidates here. He's the only one that makes some sense. 3rd year player that will likely be, at best, 3rd on the depth chart. But he's got 3 more years of eligibility so he could stick it out for another season at a developmental position.
DL
- Keon Keeley. Hurts to write, but obvious. Being charitable, he's a bad fit for this system. He'll probably get money from someone else. 3rd year highly touted prospect with no avenue to playing time. I think he's out.
- Hunter Osborne. 3rd year player that has only seen time it the deepest of garbage time play. He's young so he may stick it out, but trajectory is not favorable.
EDGE
- No obvious candidates.
ILB
- Jeremiah Alexander. This totally depends on a few questions. 1) does anyone younger than him pass him on the depth chart? 2) does Lawson return? 3) Does Jefferson have any remaining eligibility (unsure how JuCo will count). Those questions will determine if it makes since for him to stay or go. He may be a starter. Or he could be a player going into year 4 that's rotational at best.
DB
- DaShawn Jones. If Domani Jackson returns, I doubt we see a redshirt senior return to be the 3rd boundary corner. If he goes, he'll likely compete to start in Spring against Mbakwe and Mincey.
- Jahlil Hurley. Clearly passed up by the freshmen this year. No path to playing time in the foreseeable future.
- King Mack/Kameron Howard. Two guys that I'll lump in together. Both already transferred once. Neither saw much playing time. They're young. But with younger guys ahead of them on the depth chart, you have to question in they stick around.

I think Milroe is gone, but he was not honored in the pre-game senior day ceremony on Saturday.

Either way, don't think his draft stock improved.
I know they are not super accurate especially this far out but I don't see why he's high on the big boards and being projected as a 1st round pick. Doesn't have great measurables, is fast but not crazy fast, doesn't have big numbers, etc. These things applied to a guy like Ladd at UGA too, but you could tell that guy was an exceptional route runner and had excellent hands. I remember Bond being good but not great at either

QB: Lonergan
RB: Haynes
WR: Prentice, Law, Hamilton, Hampton
TE: Lockwood
OL: think we retain most here, could see Pritchett leave
DL: Keeley
DB: Howard, Hurley, Mack
Don’t know if the names are right, but by the numbers these are either the logjam positions or guys that didn’t live up to the hype and might look for a change of scenery.

Hope Hampton at least gives it one year to see how it plays out. Liked his film and Saban said he had some “Dog” in him

Absolutely he did.

Julio IMO is one of the all time toughest guys that ever played at Bama. Dude had screws inserted in the palm of his hand on a Wednesday and goes out 72 hours later and DOMINATES Tennessee.

My favorite Julio play is still the opening kickoff of the '09 SECCG. Go back and watch him absolutely truck a Gator on a block for Arenas.

Wow! I'm not sure I ever really noticed the block at the time, but that was something to see!
Thanks for the tip.

What's the deal with Oatis?
Posted on 12/2/24 at 9:04 pm to Porter Osborne Jr
No idea. Figured he would have announced for a Mississippi school but haven’t heard anything . Went from showing a lot of potential at times last year to basically no playing time

It sounds like UGA or Ole Miss for him. We need a 0 tech badly.

overall he didnt have a great game. Texas had completely shuthim down along with McElroy rib injury

If Milroe comes back Kendrick Law is transferring along with several others not named Ryan Williams and Germie Benard.

I hope Caleb Odom will stick one more year. I don't recall him playing vs the Barn, but I might have missed that.
