which one benefits Bama the most. It is not guaranteed, should Bama win tomorrow, that we jump a bunch of undefeated conference winners. Especially if UT wins. With this thought, I think Udub winning helps Bama more then two Pac12 teams having 12-1 records. Thoughts from those a lot smarter than me.

I don’t think either one has too much of an effect on us in the scenario where we beat Georgia.

we need both of them to lose right. We need at least 3 teams ahead of us including UT to lose to make it a no doubter. With one of those being UGA.

Doesn't matter, the winner of this game is in the playoffs.

Washington. A two loss Oregon is clearly out. If Oregon wins, That means both teams have a loss, and assuming Bama wins, that means Oregon, UW, UGA and Bama all have the same record. I don't want to give the committee reason to put two PAC 12 teams in over Bama. Not saying it WILL happen but it could.

The major media is sick and tired of Bama and want them to go quietly into the night. Never underestimate this factor. If the committee can screw Bama, they will.

Of course, Bama has to win or all this speculating is pointless.

If Oregon wins a close one and we beat UGA like we did in 2021, it might become a factor. Otherwise no

Washington's winning will trump Oregon's winning.

An argument can be made whether to choose a one loss Oregon or a one loss Alabama.
An undefeated Washington would create no argument with a one loss Alabama.

We'd need Oregon to win.

I think the winner of this game is in. Assuming we beat Georgia, I agree we need Texas or FSU to lose.

PAC winner is in. Better for Oregon to lose. Two loss non conference champion is definitely out.

I highly doubt a room full of athletic directors and former coaches are sitting in there plotting to screw Bama out of the playoffs.

Maybe not openly but don’t underestimate the subconscious “Bama fatigue” factor. It’s there whether they admit it or not.

It's cleaner if UW wins. All is not lost if it's Oregon. Wasted playoff spot either way. LSU rolls either of these squads by 4 touchdowns on a neutral field.

I don’t know why the hell I thought the no. 1 seed played at home in the PAC12 title game. Maybe they used to do it. I was wondering why everyone was loading up on Oregon…makes perfect sense.

Ducks have a great shot on a neutral field.

The winner of this game is in the playoff. Book it.

Texas is the team in trouble and everyone assumes they are in. No. 7 right now and they don’t have a big time team to play to bolster their resume. If Bama wins we will shoot past Texas and Ohio State in the last rankings.

No.

We need Oregon to win tonight.

We can't compare resumès with a 13-0 Washington.

How people can't understand this is baffling to me.

Not true.

A 12-1 Oregon would have to go head to head with a 12-1 Alabama coming off a win against Georgia.

They compare SoS and Top 25 wins and we come out on top every time.

It's certainly better odds than going against an undefeated Washington.
