No clue if we get him or not. Just saying between Sherrill and whoever we get in the portal, we should be upgraded at that position next year which would benefit Nelson tremendously. ...

Nelson on the other hand should definitely come back imo. Unlike Sears, his NBA stock has a lot of room to grow with one more year in CNO's system, especially now that he'd be playing next to a real center. He should come back. ...

I hope Sears comes back but wish him well either way. I do think he could solidify himself as the greatest player in program history with another year, and I don't think we should underestimate how much you can monetize being the greatest player in Alabama history for the rest of your life. ...

Last year, they struggled the last three weeks of the regular season, recovered in the SEC tournament, and then faceplanted in the NCAA tournament. Last year's team played their best ball in January/ early February, just as every one of Oats' teams have. ...

Tough loss. Thought Sears and Griffen panicked with some of their shot selection late. Was also very pleased with the defensive effort.
