I saw that he went in the portal but I don't think he is an upgrade.

McCutchin? Yea, I have no clue what he's done at Oklahoma. I assume not much.

All probably good decisions and the only one that makes me sad is Sanders. I was hoping he could make the move to ILB but he may not want to. 19 can’t get out soon enough. Kid punked out on his team and is a low effort, lazy arse. Needed him last night in the worst way and he was MIA. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out JB!

Got to make room for 23 high school recruits and two transfers so far.

Was just thinking the same thing. It'd be great if he went to Southern Miss or Georgia Southern and had a really nice 2 years.

South Alabama

Hopefully, replace Jake Bentley!

I always thought TJB looked good when he played but yes I look for some of them to leave. Leary and Jo Jo should stay put.

That number 1, 2019 recruiting class sure didn't turn out well.

Other then Battle, Neal, Metchie, Dale and Harris it has been transfer city or role players.

Chef on BOL said the coaches were not blindsided by the sanders news, guess they've known for a while he was gone after the season. Sucks to see such a good player go but can't really blame him either.

One could make a pretty strong argument that Billingsley was the main reason we lost to Georgia last night.

Billingsley lost the game? I didn't see that but I've been tired of seeing his lazy running all season long.

Drew Sanders was solid before the injury but he was never close to being the impact player Dallas Turner is. Turner is special.

IDK man has to be hard playing behind slade when his biggest asset is knowing where to be. He gets no separation and i know these young dudes see it.

I wish Sanders would stay. He’s already proved he can start at Alabama. Filling in for Allen earlier in the year. He’d be a starter again full time as a senior. Plenty of film on you for the next level.

Tommy Brown should wait until after the spring. Both tackle spots are up for grabs. And he’s gained some experience this season.

I understand the others leaving.

How does DL look for next season? Do we need to try and find a guy in the portal?

RB room projects to be crowded with sanders, Roydell, Jase, wheaton plus Gibbs and Henderson. Spring will end in further defectors.

Seems like this year would have taught a valuable lesson. Two running backs go down in two games. Two receivers go down with freak non-contact injuries. Three backup DBs started the title game. Chris Allen was lost for the season after 6 snaps. The lesson...stay patient. Your number can get called at any moment.

But for these guys, why do they want to stay and wait on an injury when they could leave and he first up somewhere?

I mean Jerome Ford probably would’ve gotten 100 carries if he were still at Bama this year but he made the right decision for him by going somewhere that it wasn’t going to take injuries for him to play.

I think we will add 2-3 more major contributors through the portal before summer to go with Gibbs and Ricks.

Almost have to now. Hope we can find some elite players in the portal ASAP. Give me a TE, OT and WR and we can call it a day.
