Line is moving quick today... Seems early money is all over Arkansas. I really don't like this game and my gut says it's bad news. The silver lining is my gut is wrong 90% of the time.

I had been more nervous about the at Texas game given the very tough turnaround, but teams playing with “new life” and lots of confidence at home are very tough to beat. We need to jump on them early if possible, if we get a decent lead, hopefully their confidence starts fade and doubt starts creeping back in.

If they jump up on us, it will probably be an uphill battle the whole game vs. some of the other games where we’ve been able to erase the deficit and get a large lead either in the 1st half or early/mid 2nd half.

Yep, pretty much feel the same on all fronts. Arkansas crowd is probably about as tough as it gets when they are feeling themselves, but they do go quiet pretty quick if you can jump on them.

Gonna go watch Davion Hannah play today against Sunrise Christian. Hopefully we’ll be back home in time for tip-off.

Pretty solid day all around for me and my boy watching basketball all day. Davion had 9 today for Link Academy this afternoon. They beat Sunrise Christian today by 1. Both teams have some dudes. Chris Cenac is gonna be a problem at Houston if he can stay out of foul trouble. Consistently at the wrong place at the wrong time all afternoon. Most of the really good players for Sunrise are Juniors. Davion is more athletic than I thought he would be. Had a nice dunk in traffic and a crazy block where he just went up and took the ball out of the other guys hands at the apex of his jump.

Made it back to the house around the 12 minute mark of the first half and got to watch the Tide hang on for dear life after building that giant lead. Gotta stop playing to the score. Need to learn to kick their teeth in when we have the opportunity.

The game had nothing to do with playing the score.

When we started to pull away... Arkansas just drove to the basket wildly and started getting calls all of a sudden.

My dad and I have been discussing should we sell them (to Bama fans) if it paid for the season tickets / a March trip. Haven’t pulled the trigger yet but if prices keep going up by midweek…

I would sell them if it means a nice March trip or covers your season ticket costs. The potential #1 v #2 is pretty cool, but it's still a regular season game that doesn't decide who wins the conference.

You can sell tickets on Tider Insider Ticket Exchange with some assurance that a Bama fan is buying the tickets.
