Today, June 17th, in the year of our Lord 2024, you can make a legit wager on Alabama as the odds on favorite to win the 2025 Men's Basketball National Title.

It's been that way for a week or two. Word must've got put out somewhere today. Because my uncle just called me to talk about it, and he's pretty much always behind until after an article from that Sports Illustrated AI generated Bama site.

Alabama has +2200 odds for next year(tied for 8th best odds in the country). Reading the tea leaves on who we’re expecting to get and who we’re expecting to get back….i think we’d expect to start better than 8th. Theres value there for anyone who likes to partake. I absolutely hate betting on my own team, but at those odds you can bet it and hedge later

I tried to look out for you gamblin baws

Coach Oats at the Boston Celtics vs Dallas Mavericks game!

2 or 3 rows behind the Celtics bench!

Don’t think we’ve had anyone wear number 22 since Ronald and Andrew Steele. I maybe wrong though.

That number has been kind of cursed since Andrew Steele. Since then it was worn by Armond Davis, then Diante Wood, and finally Keon Ambrose-Hylton. Hopefully Sherrell can represent that number well this coming season.

Armond Davis that dude was so hyped by our fanbase he couldn’t shoot for shite in the games.

I remember that. Guy shot 37% from 3 at the JUCO level and was considered an amazing addition. For comparison’s sake, Mallette shot 42% at the D-1 level and we’re not even sure what his role is gonna be

Davis did have like 20 points in the 1st half in an SEC game where nobody else would score

It was the second half and OT in that 4OT marathon against South Carolina. Him and Jr., of all people, were the only reason we somehow managed to win that game.

Someone said Oats is looking at Dallas and Boston as the last 2 games for our non-conference schedule.

Apparently, Brandon Miller was also there last night.

As a Celtics fan, it was nice seeing Oats behind the Celtics bench, I love that both head coaches are all about analytics.

No I personally watched it in Coleman as a student. He had a buzzer beater to end the half

Was it the LSU game? We played LSU one game and score 90 (50 in the first half) and that was a monster game for us. This year we averaged 90ppg

Then like the next game against UGA in a MUST win game we had like 18 at the half.
