I thought the effort the last three games was as good as it’s been all season. Just didn’t make shots. And Auburn and Kentucky are legit final four teams, not like we lost to just anybody.

Same - I know Oats commented on effort in the Kentucky game, but I think he was clearly talking about letting all the misses effect guys. That's something that you gotta fix, but it's very different from not playing hard/being ready to play.

I just want to win tomorrow night before I start hoping for an Arkansas letdown spot

You can see the difference in the effort since the UGA game but it came against the toughest 3-game stretch anyone has had all year and a historically horrible 3pt shooting night against UK.

I mentioned this last week but our opinion shouldn't sway too much when going against top teams this year, we already know we're capable of big wins, it's bringing that effort and energy against the other teams. I'm very eager to watch tomorrow night.

My troll thread on the rant about 2019 Auburn kinda fell flat. I’m sad about it.

Yea, it was hilarious but dead on when Dykes said during Kentucky that we'd find out if this team turned a corner when they played Ole Miss......not when they played Baylor, Auburn or Kentucky

Do y’all think our schedule Being too tough just wore us out? A lot of shooting is legs. Just a thought

I'm sure it hasn't helped but it's more of a mental issue than anything else IMO. It kinda reminds me of when Petty went ice cold during that late stretch last year, sometimes it just takes time to gear back up again.

Why the heck are we 6 pt favorites tonight? That seems really, really high.

Is Ole Miss missing guys or something? Is Ruffin that big a loss?

Betting lines have been overestimating us for weeks. It really makes no sense. We'll be lucky to win the game tonight.

I am like y’all. I don’t even know if we will win the game . Got a bad feeling about this one. Bunch of talented teams struggled at the old Tad Pad

Yeah I'd rank Oxford #3 behind Lexington and Nashville as the worst road trips for Alabama basketball. I'd be surprised if we had won much more than 10 total games among the 3 in the last 25 years.

They are pretty bad but yeah there’s no way I’d lay 6 tonight.

We're 2-8 there since 2008 - but we did win by 25 the last trip so that's something. 1-2 at the new arena.

Gottfried used to get absolutely wrecked at the Sad Pad.

I was thinking we’d won the last two there, but I guess I was wrong.

2-8 there. Honestly I'm kinda surprised it wasn't 0-10.

This only goes back to 2008, though. 2002-2007 I bet we didn't win once. And we also got absolutely thrashed a few times, with good teams.

2-4 from 2002 to 2007, so 4-12 since Gottfried's first SEC title team.

We got absolutely wrecked there one New Year’s Day. It was a 12 noon tip-off on CBS. Around 20@1 or 2002.
