Yea, Tennessee's adjust defense was like .03 PPP better than #2 for a while.
Their last 3 weeks of defensive efforts have really slid off, though.

I'm about ready to say that our backcourt will carry us as far as we want. Just like JQ figuring out his role, if Bradley gets over his freshman wall, then look out. Pair in a scoring vet in Sears and Burnett who is only going to improve, it's going to be really tough to match their output when they all get clicking at the same time.

Yeah he did. Hopefully the shooting comes around, when it clicks he is gonna be next level. He has a nice looking shot and 32% from 3 for a tr fr isnt bad.

Man, frick him. That does sound like an unprofessional "frick you" to a player.
Almost every ounce of his analysis was wrong tonight. There are actual things the team doesnt do well. Except he wanted the soundbites around our defense and rebounding. But it doesn't matter that he sucks as an analyst, it's all about personality to Bristol.
Having Walton in those PKI games was eye opening. Thought I didn't like him, but I'd never given him a real chance. He's charming and funny, in a crazy uncle sort of way. But his actual analysis was light years better than everyone outside of Jay Bilas. Really enjoyed Bill calling those games to my surprise.

On Torvik, up to 12/31/22, it was 111.3 (#26). Since January 1st, it's 119.3 (#9).

Here's our efficiency ratings for every game in Torvik. Of course, to I went to our least efficient game is the season. And it was a fricking brickfest.

All of those oops showcased his explosiveness. Nick Pringle is just oozing with potential to be a big piece of the puzzle.

I know we are supposed to root against them now, but I won’t be overly disappointed if they keep pace with us the next several games setting up a highly motivating home game against AU to win the conference outright on Mar 1st. That would be a pretty special night in Coleman and force AU to “watch” us cut down the nets.
Our D was really good last night. I don’t remember Florida getting very many open 3s (although they did miss the completely uncontested layup. I didn’t know whether to laugh or feel bad for the kid).
