When I watch Aggy play I'm not impressed, but they keep winning so maybe they're going to take up the disaster OOC/amazing in conference method with Frank Martin gone now.

Same. They've managed to avoid playing Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Auburn so far in conference play. They've been beating up on the sisters of the poor. I think Kentucky will expose them Saturday at Rupp. If TAMU wins that one I might start to believe they have turned it around.

True but he means so much more to them.
If I'm not mistaken...we wanted Mwani Wilkinson badly this off-season.

If limit Kobe Brown's touches they will get torched.

Still plenty of time left for Arkansas to choke this one away. They did give up 63 in the second half of their last game.

Auburn is playing like shite and it doesn't feel like they are remotely vulnerable.
We broke LSU.
And while Auburn is looking good at be 15-3, they have a tough schedule. Bama, Texas A&M and Tennessee twice, plus Kentucky on the road. They're finally going to lose a few before it's over.

Uconn lost again. I don;t think I have ever seen a team go from #1 in late December to unranked in mid January before.
They haven't had any real injuries to speak of either.
Their head coach Hurley and an assistant were out with covid tonight. But it's been a surreal collapse. They looked insanely good against us.
Though they were the first tw6o to really hit us with heavy half court traps and double teams, and we were turning it over left and right. Teams have been trying it since, but our guys have figured it out. Getting Bradley involved had also made a huge difference in getting the ball down the floor.
UConn exposed a lot of weaknesses that have since had noticable improvement.

UCONN is rapidly progressing towards an ugly loss.

They're ranked 6th on KenPom after tonight's loss. They built up a lot of equity in the first month and a half of the season.
They were top 10 in offense and defense going into New Year's, they're still top 15 in both. The metrics love them.
Turnovers are what's killing them.

They led by 14 at half.

They would really have to collapse the rest of the season to miss the tournament, you have to think they turn it around at some point.

Kidding aside, he's done a much better job not turning the ball over. I still don't know how he made so many threes at Furman. But his defense has been solid, and he's been a good rebounder for us.
Gurley certainly has a knack for scoring sone really big baskets as well. There's been numerous games this season where he only had 5 or so points but had a crucial putback or 3 to turn the tide of momentum.

25 fouls so far in this Mizzou Arky game, seems like there's a whistle every possesion almost.

How the frick is Anthony Black supposed to be a lottery pick? Every time I see him play he looks like a bum.

Being 6'8 and able to play PG is really the only reason. He is a project. I don't think he is ever gonna live up to the expectations.

It’s mostly just the potential bc of his physical attributes. A tall physical pg gets GMs and coaches really excited because it can create a bunch of match up advantages. But I think he’s getting a little exposed and wouldn’t be surprised to see his stock drop. He is certainly nowhere close to NBA ready so he seems like a limited role payer his first year or 2 in the NBA but with his raw talent he may develop and be solid.

Missouri has no size for the boards, being out-rebounded 33-16
With how we rebound, we should greatly take advantage and have the advantage on the glass, which is big

If we don’t turn the ball over and aren’t ice cold from 3, should beat Mizzou by 10+. Even on the road.
