I assume they were trying to vote for Mississippi State.

Hopefully we finish stronger than a first-round exit in the NIT this time

That team got ranked #4 and promptly went in and got blistered by Notre Dame in South Bend.

Of course, that was a peak Mark Gottfried team.

This victory at Houston’s Fertitta Center was Alabama’s first true road upset of a top-ranked team in nearly 40 years. It wasn’t the easiest place to do it, either. Houston’s all-time record in the Fertitta Center before Saturday was 66-4.

The one before this was in a tough place also, being Pauley Pavilion I believe

Through five weeks of honorees, #Alabama has had the SEC Freshman of the Week three times.

Noah Clowney twice, Brandon Miller once.

It makes me sad that Clowney is probably going to end up being a one and done, but it makes me happy that our coaches now have a bit of a track record of identifying somewhat off the radar players who have NBA talent.

I think so, plus Bama started an unknown 7' center from Arab Alabama that night named Mark Farmer. Not sure he played much after this game.

Was literally the first thing out of a coworker’s mouth who roots for Texas. Nate, remember your admiration of Saban and follow his lead…just say no when Texas calls.

i can't think of a more unlikable matchup. But Blowjob Bobs might be the only school i can cheer for Liberty to beat.

I will say about Clowney…if he is not guaranteed Lottery I think Oats will do everything he can to get the NIL money necessary to keep him

I want you all to think about the most painful tailbone bruise you've ever had. Now imagine you're Clowney's size and willingly falling down directly on that tailbone to take multiple charges per game immediately after the injury. Absolute dawg.
