I did the same thing against UNC. I lose 95% of my bets so I knew I was helping the Tide.

Have all five outside the 3 point line on offense. If Klingon stays inside the arc then somebody has to be open. Open guy shoots. frick rebounds. If Klingon comes out to guard Nelson, pass to Sears et al. to drive to the rim.
Defense. Play Man. Make Klingon earn his pay. When you foul him, try to break his frail arse. And yes I misspelled his name on purpose.

I’d do the complete opposite and do what we have been doing with wrightsell out and swap if needed. Miss a shot with that lineup and you are conceding any rebounds
We just beat two physical low post teams with a starting line up with a true 5 and Nelson at the 4

I’d play that box and 1 with Nelson roaming the paint until they shot me out of it

You have to make it subtle. Instead of just hauling off and punching the Klingon in the face, you gotta go Street Fighter II and "HAJUKEN" with a closed fist/jump uppercut right under his chin but make it look like you're going for the ball.

Only shot is to absolutely shoot the lights out from three. Nelson will probably pick up two fouls in the first three minutes. He’s not going to be able to guard them down low at all. Pringle will have to have another huge game. Dioubate and even Wague will have to provide minutes and fouls.
But Sears, Wrightsell, and Griffin will absolutely have to have to the game of their lives shooting the basketball.

Yeap, force Clingan to sprint every time down the floor. Dont let them jog up after a made basket, if we can get Clingan off the floor for an extra 5-7 minutes, that would be fantastic. Also get him tired in crunch time. He only plays 22 minutes, I think we can get him down to 15.

That lengh causes a lot of issues for teams and it makes them hard to drive to the rim against. We really need to move the ball quickly and shoot very well from 3. I mean LSU John Petty well to even have a chance.

If we go 5 out we need all shooters on the floor to force them to respect it. Because we need to pull Clingan away from the basket to be able to get our guards downhill. He will eat our drives alive like he did with Illinois.

I don't like the layoff. We had kinda gotten on a roll and a full week off in between games won't help that.

I wouldn't over think the starting lineup...keep it the same.
Outside of Clingan...UConn isn't tall. Bama could really beat them up on the boards.
If we can stay down and not fall for the pump fakes...our starting lineup can do damage and I think you are underestimating Nick Pringle in the pick and roll game.
People refuse to grasp that Alabama has been defending at a high level in this tournament...that was the only reason we was getting beat because we didn't want to defend!
All I want Bama to do is BATTLE! That's it!
