Changing subjects but would Greg call red shoes in the next few years should Oats take a gig at a blue blood or go to the NFL. Assuming he has good records with his current team. He does bleed Crimson Red

Yep, but we essentially are a win at home against Tenn away from a share of the SEC crown now. Unbelievable

I think you have to call Bucky McMillan first. The offensive style is a close replica and the guy has taken Samford from cellar dwellar of the SoCon to Back to Back Regular season titles in a span of 3 years. The part that may rub Pettway the wrong way is I think Hogson would probably be the next call just because he is an elite recruiter of the Sec in his time here.

What frustrates me about watching the refs officiate at Auburn is the excessive amount of verbal abuse they not only take from Bruce, but from every player on the Auburn team besides Jaylin WIlliams. In any other arena those are technical fouls.

As an SU alum I am happy with what Bucky has done. But he is destined for a big time program in the next few years. I just dont think Oats is headed anywhere in college. He seems happy at Bama and Greg seems to be taking care of him. I think he understands the dollars it takes to build a new arena and, at least in public, has not commented on it. The students and fans are coming to home games right now

Oh, he’s commented when asked about a new arena, but he deflected it toward the need for NIL instead. Stated several times that he has state of the art facilities for his team and that an arena is more a need for fans than the team.

Definitely can’t lose both to FL, so taking care of business on Wednesday prior to 4 straight Q1 games is pretty important. Can’t lay an egg vs Arky and have to win 1 of the road games as well, so not a sure thing. Would take a 2-3 record in the other 5 games to give us 5 losses, which would obviously be a big disappointment after beating Tenn.

Listening to the Auburn radio broadcast, you'd think Kentucky players were knifing the Auburn players with machetes every time down the court.
