In the KenPom era (1998-2024), only 10 teams finished the season with an Adj Offensive Efficiency >= 125.0.

5/10 either won the National Championship or lost in the NC game.

9/10 won their conference championship.

Alabama's @kenpomeroy AdjOff # currently sits at 125.1.

I knew our offense was elite this year, but I had no idea we were sitting on a number that good.

Was looking at the net rankings and find it interesting that Auburn is 0 and 1 in quad 1 games.

It's 125.4 now actually.

Probably going to take a hit Saturday though. UTk is always allowed to play tackle basketball. Especially at home.

Will Ala be an underdog by more or less than +4 on Saturday?

Didn't they draw blood on a Clowney layup attempt to start the game last year, with no foul called?

I would love for us to say "F it!" and just start the game with hard fouls on them to send a message. I wouldn't even care if we lost that game. They need a dose of their own medicine

Do we have an enforcer? Who would be our meanest guy to send out there? Hypothetically.

Always nice to see foul merchants struggle.

Oof. Not sure which one of these is a bigger surprise. Musselman's sign all the talent and sort it out later approach has finally blown up in his face and Mizzou plays nothing like they did last year when they brought total chaos on both ends of the floor.

And this is probably one of better records against the Wildcats.
No doubt they have dominated SEC basketball way better than Alabama has done in SEC football.

The one I remember is JQ getting hammer fisted to the head from behind by their big European guy early in the game

Tenn (77-160) and Vandy (49-155) both have had decent success and also played them much more too. Fla is 41-109.

I saw UT will have their school closed on Friday and the high in Knoxville is 20 degrees on Saturday so maybe that’ll keep some of their crowd away for the game.

We certainly lack resume wins but I think anybody who watches us can see that we are good. I could see us struggling to win close games though.. and the two losses reflect that. Not sure who the go-to guy is yet in those situations like you guys have with Sears.

Auburn has a really good team this year and should be a favorite to win the conference. However, some "tough" they scheduled, like Southern Cal, Indiana, Notre Dame, and Virginia Tech turned out to be worse than expected. Baylor is playing well but beat Auburn. Baylor is the 1 of the 0-1. Next Wednesday will be a tough game though.
