His progression and career remind me a lot of DaShawn Hand

Alabama has officially updated their football roster with new heights and weights for the team.
Proctor from 360 to....369?
Everyone says he looks slimmer, so maybe the 360 from last year wasn't accurate?
ETA: Booker down 27 lbs.

Jeremiah Beaman at 296 already? He’s a beast.

Folks, I'm saying that he's turned bad weight into good weight this offseason. Calm down.

Keeley at 277 is nice. Should get him on the field plenty.
Jeremiah Alexander looks ready to roll too. Lost 17 pounds, so he should be flying.

The front seven is loaded with talent and depth. Lots of experienced players in the lineup.

I think he could make it work in college in the right scheme and great technique. He's not going to see a future NFL player every week in college and when it does happen that player will likely be easier to scheme against because they're not surrounded by other NFL players. In the NFL he's just not going to be able to consistently perform against that level of competition at left tackle. LTs are expected to be able to live on an island at times just like a cover corner on defense. If you can't cut it, you're not going to last protecting the franchise's blind side.

CFB 25 seems to think he and Koht see the field a lot

Anybody else notice Daniel Hill is listed at 241 lbs??? I look forward to seeing him carrying it up the middle.

Even if recomping, 369 is WILD. Proctor probably needs to be around 350 max. Interested to see if he's moving better now but agreed with another poster that at >350 I'd rather see him at RT
Others that caught my eye...
Keeley at 277
Beaman at 296 (knew he looked bigger than 265 in first day vids)
Zay Mincey at 204
Mbakwe at 192
Overton at 283
Brailsford at 290
Booker at 325
Lawson at 239
Campbell at 244
Tim Smith, D Payne and Oatis all >310lbs
RB room looking STOUT
Haynes at 210
Young at 216
Jam at 218
Hill at 241

Most weight gains tend to be the younger players who are in their first year but some notable veterans
TE Robbie Outzs + 12 lbs
OL Brailsford + 15 lbs
OL Pritchett + 15 lbs
DL Hunter Osborne + 22 lbs
DL Tim Smith + 12 lbs
DL Jaheim Oates + 17lbs
DL Damon Payne + 10 lbs
LB Jihaad Campbell +14 lbs
LB Keanu Koht + 10 lbs
LB Quandarrius Robinson + 10 lb
A few guys cut weight, Jeremiah Alexander and Tim Keenan and quite a few OL. Proctor shows to have gained but I think his weight last year was probably closer to 375 rather than what they had listed. By all accounts he looks and moves better and that's what matters.

We have some serious beef in the trenches.

Really good receiver. Same prospect as Jalston Fowler in a taller frame imo.
I know he's listed as a running back but I can't help but see a Jonnu Smith/Irv Smith Jr. type tight end when I see his measurables and skillset
I think our depth in the front seven is really going to wear some teams down. There's just a lot of big athletes we can roll out there. I think the secondary and pass rush is TBD. I'm not as worried about the pass rush because I between Robinson, Koht, Russaw, Pierre at least one of them will pop. We may not figure it out right away, but eventually we'll find the guy that is causing mayhem on third down- even if it's the Tim Williams role where they are a specialist, I think that guy is on the roster.
Secondary is the big question mark for me, nobody back there sans maybe malachi has proven to be a gamechanger or even a consistent player, but I think we're going to be a nightmare to run the ball against from the jump, which should bode well given the layout of our schedule. ?Wisconsin and Georgia will want to run the ball. Hopefully by the time Missouri, Tennessee, LSU, Oklahoma roll around the secondary has it figured out.

Proctor did not play at 360 last year. He was pushing 400. I would bet on it.

Keon Sabb is a proven play maker at the highest level of college football. He was in the rotation on the Michigan defense last season.
