I'm talking about their overall athletic program.
Men's and women's sports across the board.
They aren't great at football, but their fans get year round good play across multiple sports.

They’ve actually finished behind Alabama in the directors cup recently. Although they are two spots ahead this cycle.

Yeah, I looked that up because they seem to have a team in every postseason event whereas we don't.

Lots of guys headed out the door and I see no real avenue for replacing them with what is on the roster and what is coming in at this point.

I understand your point but Arkansas last won a title in a major sport in 1994. I bet they would trade with us in a heartbeat.

Keep in mind with the reduction in COVID roster numbers Bama has to shed 14+ players (either current or incoming) via transfer or draft. Zane is the biggest departure to date, followed by Owen.
The other four currently in the portal are
Davis Heller
Graham Crawford
James Thies
Jacob Eddington
Zane, Jim and Prielipp were invited to the combine.
Also 3 incoming signees were invited to the combine as well.
I hate to see Zane leave. I’ve enjoyed watching him and wish him the best. But it also opens up an infield spot for someone seeking playing time. Depending on what Jim and Drew decide, that might be the only infield spot open next year.
