So far he's claiming he's happy at Madison.

There's someone on this board who's obsessed with getting Leonhard to replace Saban. Might be OP... I have no idea. But it's certainly a bizarre obsession

ETA: Yes, it's OP

UW has led the nation in yards allowed (284.8 per game), passing efficiency defense (110.5) and opponents' third-down conversion rate (30.5%) in Leonhard's first six seasons as defensive coordinator, and ranked third in points allowed (17.3 per game) and rushing defense (103.4).

“… Leonhard has to be figuring he has a better job right now,” Dodd wrote Monday. “His next gig has to be the absolute right fit. Moving within the division to suddenly chase his old boss, Paul Chryst, and alma mater doesn't seem like an ideal move.”

I’m sure we’ll be beating down his door to make sure we secure a HC that’s defenses consistently give up 30+ points to top 25 offenses.

You probably thought Saban was a bum when he lost to UAB. Losing that way to OSU is not embarrassing. OSU is loaded with NFL talent.

Just looking at scores between the two during his tenure
2013: 14-21 (Aranda)
2015: 0-59 (Aranda)
2016: 23-30 (Wilcox)
2017: 21-27 (Leonard’s first year)
2019: 7-38
2019 Championship: 21-34
2021: 21-52

That defense sure is improving under him

Nebraska really should've looked at Bert when they hired Frost honestly. He's exactly what they need, but they missed out.
