We are lucky to even have 2 losses. We all have had a lot of oh shite moments this year. Florida State was spanking us. Kentucky was spanking us. We are lucky we don’t have another loss or two. Georgia loss I can honestly live with, although I hate it and the way it ended, but today’s loss was inexcusable.

The moment DeBoer stepped onto the podium the dude has been off and I’ve never had a good feeling.

Don’t post the BS stats of been to the playoffs twice, yada yada. We have not been very good, even when we have very good talent. We are not coached very well, and those very same coaches don’t seem to have good game plans or the ability to motivate those players.

Deboer had set us back a decade, unless we get a shonuff big time game changing coach. He has broken every terrible record Bama fans hate to remember. Worse losses, back to back losses, etc..

I hate this feeling of knowing we may be the worst team in the conference. I’m preparing myself for two more losses, before Auburn unfortunately.

I truly want this team to succeed, but I’m also not an insane person. Something must change in order for us to see change.

Hard truth - this is who we are for the foreseeable future. We just have to suck it up and move on

Sabans Midget would be 6-1 with this team.

A good hire can turn things around in a season or two. I still want DeBoer to find success, but mid season swoon games are just too common.

That’s exactly right

That would certainly be a BS stat given that he's only been to the playoffs once.

More seriously, I agree. "Going to the playoffs" is kind of a misnomer. 10-3 with a blowout loss in the SECCG meant the Outback Bowl back in the day. Calling it the playoffs doesn't magically make it a great season, especially when you need a miracle to win the first game and get humiliated in the second.

We can moan and groan all we want but the cold hard truth is we are stuck with this staff the remainder of the season and next season too. I’m pretty sure UA can’t afford to fire him until after next season.

I guess it’s possible CKD could turn things around but I just don’t see it. We’re in year 3 and we still making boneheaded mistakes and confused on the sidelines.

I just think grim times are ahead but there’s not a lot that can be done.

Like a lot of other programs, we are fricked until we can get rid of NIL and the TP which will never ever happen now.

wins and losses are so heavily dependent on QB play. Our season is no different.
Now it's more than just the QB that affects QB play, so there is plenty of blame to pass around

Who is better? That team wouldn’t beat Kentucky today. It wouldn’t beat LSU at LSU. We just saw Auburn beat a team that just beat us.

I’m being sarcastic to a degree, because yes we are not Vandy, Arky or SC..

I’m just thankful we don’t play Ole Miss, And others.

Place* Team SEC Record Overall
1 Georgia 4–1 6–1
T-2 Tennessee 3–1 6–1
T-2 Ole Miss 3–1 5–1
T-2 Kentucky** 3–1 5–1
T-5 Alabama 3–2 5–2
T-5 Florida 3–2 5–2
T-7 LSU 2–2 5–2
T-7 Auburn 2–2 4–2
T-7 Missouri 2–2 5–2
T-7 Mississippi State 2–2 4–2
11 Oklahoma** 1–1 3–2
12 Texas 1–2 4–2
T-13 South Carolina 1–3 3–3
T-13 Texas A&M 1–3 4–3
T-15 Vanderbilt 0–3 3–3
T-15 Arkansas 0–3 2–4

The hard truth is this.

The season's not over until we lose another game.

After that arse whipping that Florida laid on Ole Miss, I thought well we're at least as good as Florida maybe.

After today, I thought well we're at least as good as Florida maybe.

There are no clear dominate teams this year. I guess maybe Ohio State? The parity is wild this year. Pretty much every team looks at least somewhat beatable.

People have options and sucking it up doesn't have to be one of them. They might just decide to move on with their lives if the admin doesn't at least show signs of making positive changes back toward the Bama standard.

It’ll get a little worse before it gets better. A New Year’s Day bowl game in central Florida might just be the wake-up call for the admin

I just hope we don’t play Michigan yet again

Sometimes I wonder if our admin doesn't have a 'Sankey' mindset toward our football team.
