Serious question.

Is Philon point shaving?

It is just one game, but the recipe beats us. Physical big teams that can manhandle us on the boards will be difficult for us to compete with

Gotta switch up some kind of juju. Who wants to take over the game threads for a bit? 2026 is not my year.

Texas is a TERRIBLE basketball team that we just lost to at HOME. This season is over.
Hopefully Bama baseball will over perform.

For once I would like to see an Alabama team that plays defense and has a down low / mid range game.

It won’t be with our current head coach.

Football team made the playoff quarterfinals.

Basketball team currently ranked.

Bad loss...but you haven't seen rough times lol.

We don’t have a front court. Period. The end. This season will be forgettable as a result. It’s like having bad line of scrimmage play in football.

That makes 2 games now if we make it 3 we may be playing ourselves out of post season if this snowballs. Texas sucks no excuse for losing that other than not ready to play.Regardless this team was exposed in the non conference and is not a top 4 seed, probably end up in the 5-7 range come March

Hopefully not any time soon. That means Oats left

I meant more in a bubble the last week or so. Your point is still correct overall

Just as a side note to this game: I hate Jimmy Dykes. That guy has a personal problem with Alabama. I detest when he calls our games. Almost as bad as Palmer and Tessitore.

Sherrell not really progressing and Williamson being a bust really sealed a low ceiling for this team.

I do wish Oats would consider integrating a few entry passes to bigs into our offense. Not because of the bigs we have now, but because we are never going to convince super talented big man to come here if he isn't going to get any touches

The Brandon Miller team lost by 23 to an Oklahoma team that finished 15-17. Its January and half the team isn't 100% coming off injuries. JFC. How do you not have faith in Nate at this point?

It’s sad but I’m almost to the point where I hope they make their last FT each trip to the stripe because the chances are low we rebound the miss.

That sweet 16 formula is looking mighty flawed right now. Positionless basketball sure hurts the rebounding effort when you value your so-called 5 hitting a 3 over all else

It’s not one game , we have lost two in a row. 1-2 in SEC.
We are just not a good team . Something has to change to make us winners consistently.
Perhaps the freshman have to be given more playing time to establish themselves. Mallette , Wrightsell , Williamson should just be on the margins. I am being too negative , sorry. This is two games in a row we have disappointed with bad play.

1-2 start in the SEC. Punked in their own gym tonight. Flat out awful loss at home.
