Not satisfied and want more, but it's good to make the Sweet 16...kinda like the minimum to call it a good season in this era...now we want a GREAT season. RTR!!!

It’s kinda wild with such a quick turnaround. Were the higher seed and BYU gets the extra day of rest. Late-ish Sunday, fly to Jersey and play Thursday is rough

Yup Sweet 16 was the minimum. Everything from here is hot gravy.
To beat BYU we have to hit our 3s and FTs at a high rate. We do that we win.
You know BYU is going light it up in both those categories.

Any thoughts on us using Cliff and Sherrell together? I dont recall us using that combo all year.
I was at dinner for my dad's birthday so i couldnt pay close attention. But it looked like we had twin towers plus Mo. Seemed like it gave SMU some trouble. That is a lot of size. Sherrell usually does a good job boxing out.

I was very impressed by our defense. You could see the intent on every face of the team. Very very happy today.

Philon led the team in assists, steals, and blocks.
Coaches love that. So do NBA scouts. I really think he needs to physically develop some more. But he might be doing that in the G League next year. He is closer to Kira Lewis than he is Collin Sexton.

I like that version of the Alabama team. Scrappy on defense and aggressive rebounding. If Sears find his shot, going to be a really tough out.
