Starting Reid may not be in the cards but would love to see him get 5-6 more minutes Sunday if he's got the gas for it.

He is the best slasher we have. He's got that euro step bank that he loves and he can go up strong with two hands. We could really use some good minutes from him. He didnt look bothered by injury today.

Surprised the line is 5.5. Vegas is expecting a close one.

Key is controlling tempo. SMu wants to play slow, half court ball. If we get out and run and push the ball up the floor like we can, we should be able to run their asses until their tongue is hanging out. Their lack of depth is a big weakness; take full advantage it. I think anything over 75 points will be too much for them to keep up.

Jaden Bradley having a nice game for Arizona. He was a real one.

Great defender as well with great size for his position.

Its in line with all the other games. The other 2-7 match up of Tennessee and UCLA is 5 points. The other 2's , St . Johns and Michigan State play the 10 seeds

My big concern is these depthless teams tend to get away with much more fouling because the refs don’t want the game to be 4 v. 5 for the last 10 minutes. Feel like that is definitely the crux of RMU giving us a run. They didn’t call many first half fouls and really didn’t stop choking the whistle until about 10 remaining.

We have to box out as a team. Sherrill and Stevenson especially. They literally stand and wait for the ball to come to them.

Sherrell is a freshman at least. At this juncture, I’ve seen Stevenson for two years and can safely say he’s just a stiff athlete and not particularly physical either.

I don't think Jarin is a Big. He's a Perimeter Defender.

Jarin is a tweener. That's why everyone raved about his potential. Problem is he's soft as baby shite. He's starting to put things together at times. But not on the 3 side than 4. He needs to gain a few more pounds, and get to where Nelson is physically. Grow a stache if that's what it takes.

Problem is he’s not a great defender on the wing. I saw him have his ankles nuked by the lamest move I’ve ever seen. Dude is tall, has a streaky jumper, but he’s not really a major conference forward. Maybe year 3 is when he breaks through? He did reclassify, so really college freshman age this year.

Depends on the matchup I guess but I’ve not been impressed when I’ve watched games.

That's very complimentary. He absolutely has to guard the 2 or 3 spot because he can't guard his true position. He makes a valiant effort, but he gets completely tangled up by screens at times and it can lead to complete breakdowns of our defense

Sam Walters still out for Michigan with a back injury.

Wasnt he injured some when he was here? I do like his shooting.
