I don't know whether to laugh or genuinely be disturbed by this.
Basically, I'm against the censorship, but to finally see a liberal get to feel what conservative social media people have endured is satisfying.
Overall, I'd say you shouldn't be censored.

I don’t think my feeling of indifference over it is on par with the bellyaching and teeth gnashing from conservatives. I’ve been on the internet since the mid 90’s and have had more accounts banned from various sites than I care to count. Heck, I got bored one Christmas break in college and got my parents AOL account banned in the late 90’s. Internet “censorship”(which is usually just enforcement of TOS) is nothing new.
I evbeen “banned” from the political board since January or February and this is the first time I’ve even mentioned it.

Thankfully, 95% of my work days are outside so I don't have to wear one.

ETA: If the masks worked, we wouldn't need vaccines. If the vaccines worked, we wouldn't need to wear a mask.

No idea. Never got any notification, but if I hit "Reply" on a post there I just get a message that my posting privileges on that board have been suspended. Same the 2 or 3 times I was temporarily suspended there. Just a PM from the mod to take a 2 week break. No reference to the post that prompted it.
There are a handful of other more liberal posters that have been banned as well.

Let me make sure I’m following your logic here…because neither the vaccine nor wearing a mask is 100% effective, they’re worthless?
Are seatbelts worthless because they’re not 100% effective in preventing injury or death in a car accident, or are they still a good idea because they greatly reduce the chance of injury and/or death?

It's the purest echo chamber I personally have witnessed on the internet, but then again I dont go looking for extremist level echo chambers so I'm sure there are worse out there.
If you have an opposing view you will be attacked and eventually banned- people that disagreed with the Qanon/trump assault on the white house were banned if they pushed back against the crazies. (they had an active QAnon thread there that was their most popular & longest running thread if that tells you anything)
They have posts there that will receive hundreds of upvotes and nearly zero downvotes and vice versa. It's definitely not a forum for the educated, or those seeking diversity of thought.
