Ty was not good today. But our coaching staff isn’t very good either. The stubbornness to continue playing Jam and seemingly no plan on offense.
And this last drive. We had the ball for nearly six minutes, down by two, and never crossed midfield??? Zero urgency and it cost us.

He’s not close to the player we erroneously hyped him up to be. But he’s a good player still. We just have a really sub par collection of talent on offense

They can downvote all they want to. Our offensive line is pure arse. There’s not a running back in the locker room who’s close to being a home run threat, for all the “run the damn bawll” crowd. Grubb’s play calling was idiotic, although I again wonder if he sussed out that Ty was just a mess tonight and he was restricted down the stretch in what he felt comfortable calling. Plus I know you win or lose as a team.

The defense gave up either 3 or 6 points. If the offense just didn’t give them points, we win this game…probably by 2 scores. This was WAY worse than our offense not scoring enough points.

D played well, only wish that one of the three near picks was converted. And yes, Ty has clearly gotten into his own head with the pressures. Needs to relax, hopefully gets some juice and confidence out of the tune up game the way he did against ULM.

Bama lost by two to the number 11 team in a game we had three turnovers and they had none. Let’s not read too much into this.
