The reality is he's going to get another year. I just hope he throws out his current staff after the season and brings in a bunch of guys who can coach offense

I've been a big CAG supporter but this year makes me think he has caught whatever disease Mark Gottfried had. Does CAG have Gottfried's old office? Maybe they should have sanitized it.

New policy for our A.D.
Any new coach has FOUR years to make their team nationally competitive or it's the axe... that goes for EVERYONE... Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Tennis... everyone. We're only nationally good at FIVE things people (Fball, Softball, Gymnastics, W Tennis and W Golf) and we CAN DO BETTER. We'll call it Process time, and once it's up you must finish the fourth year ranked or in a tournament. After that each nationally ranked or post-season year gives you two more.
Yeah I know there's probably DOZENS of things wrong with this but....I came up with it two minutes ago so
I'm tired of W Basketball being awful in a conference where it thrives, I'm tired of swimming being dominated by Auburn (we have a new coach so they're still under Process time), I'm tired of Baseball being a dumpster fire, I'm tired of MEN'S BASKETBALL being average at best, I'm tired of mediocrity on this campus when we know national success is possible.
The motto of this policy is "What must be done eventually, should be done immediately"

Has anyone ever told Grant the object of basketball is to get the round thing they are passing around to go through that hoop with a net hanging from it?

I was at the game.We did nothing on offense.I do not get why we want to slow it down.His first year or two we wanted to push the ball.Now he decides to slow it down.In my opinion give him one more year.If we do not make the tournament than he needs to move on.
