We've all got our fantasy replacement but here's all you need. Someone who has had consistent success at a power five program that isn't accustomed to having success.
This is exactly what got Nick Saban the job at LSU.

Lanning was in the seat Saban normally would have been in at the analyst desk during the national title game (when we weren’t playing in it). That was a clue!
