Should be an interesting game, the #1 passing offense in college football vs the #1 scoring defense.

I think defense wins championships so I’m gonna say Michigan wins. I do think Washington will have more success vs their defense than we did, they have two first round WRs and a first round QB and the best O line in the country, but I think Michigan’s defense holds them in check for the most part.

I say Michigan 28 Washington 24.

I wasn't asking you then was I?

Just dawned on me that it’s basically two big 10 teams playing each other in the NC. We let Texas in and the conference goes to shite.

You were asking me by posting it here. You just don’t like my answer. Also, I still don’t care.

Washington Wins. Penix is too good and accurate.

If Milroe is the starter next season you’ll get to make another post asking who will win the championship between two teams not named Alabama.

I hope Washington wins because:

Jim Harbaugh is a complete POS and I don’t believe for one second he didn’t know about the sign stealing thing.

Michigan fans are incredibly arrogant and them winning will make them even more arrogant, if that’s possible.

However, I think Michigan will win because they’ll get pressure on Penix. Against Texas, Penix had time to eat a sandwich back there most of the night. I also think Michigan’s offense is much more physical than Texas was/is.

If penix plays well then Washington wins, can't stop their offense if he is accurate like he was against Texas.

Overall Michigan is a better team, so Washington's margins are thin

If Pennix plays like he apparently did against Texas (I didn’t actually watch but apparently he was really good) then Washington probably wins. Michigan has a good defensive front, but so does Texas and Washington handled it fine.

IF...Washington's OL can block Go Blue long enough for the QB to make his normal reads then Washington will win.

If washington has more success than Bama did, they will win.....washington is the better team between the two.

No college football fans here? Only root for Alabama then back to reality television?

I forget how many FOG casuals are here.

I’m excited to see the matchup. Different than what the CFB world is used to. A lot of senior players and not a ton of NFL caliber dudes all over the field although there is still some out there.

I think Washington’s downfield passing game will be the difference.

I guess I'm slightly rooting for Washington, but I anticipate Michigan winning. Of course, I've underestimated Washington all season and they keep proving me wrong.

Can't speak for anyone else, but for me it's particularly hard to get invested in Big Ten teams. It's always been a boring conference and now it's even worse because it has no regional identity at all.

Lean slightly to Washington because of the better QB.

Just glad Texas isn't waltzing into the SEC as defending national champions. They would have been insufferable.
