I could see him playing in the bowl out of stubbornness, meanness and to prove a point to people. But if he takes that path, he’s going to burn his bridges forevermore with this program and end any chance of being remembered with any positivity 20 years down the road, when the temperature has cooled, for the stellar moments he’s had for us. Because there have been some.

If any of the rumors are true and I was coach he wouldn’t have a choice. That is IF any of the rumors posted were true plus I think it’s better for all parties to move on. I hope none of the OP opt out though

These guys think they're clever by hyping the backup as a joke. They're alluding to the fact that a lot of people wanted Ty to play this year. Really, they're just mad because they were wrong and those of us that said for 2 years that Milroe was majorly flawed were right. It's basically "reductio ad absurdum" and frowned upon in real debate.

N'all, Ty is a dog but a running QB. You saw Mack on the field he is built for the offense and had the talent/height. I said Ty was Fran Tarketain when he came in, crazy legs just wrong O for him right now.

I don’t know what gives y’all the idea that Mack is ready to take the reigns

That Mack stuff is just Carlton's schtick. He's very dedicated to the bit.

Yes, this dude is a Cult of Milroe member and can't stand Ty, never has a good thing to say about him.

Lies, I am the most handsome clown on this board and actually svelte. While I am disappointed in your personal attacks I know this has been a tough season and you don't mean it. And I have complimented Ty from the moment he was being recruited. I think he will be a great QB but Mack threw the best TD we saw all season, he is CKDs guy, a leader and tall. While he couldn't get past Milroe's hold on the locker room I think Mack is the guy honestly. If Ty is it, we get Fran Tarkenton. Not a bad substitute in my humble opinion.

Mack has only played a few downs yet he is going to be the starter.

It got old a while ago. Honestly reminds me of the South Park episode where Randy can’t stop being sarcastic and has to ask for help

Fellows l know I bring it up all the time but it important to me you recognize the situation that we are in. I know I am the only one that brings up the same subject ad nausem but my vision is clear. The future for Bama football is bright after a dark year. Arm talent, height leadership for days. He played Nuss in practice who is being considered a fringe first round pick cause he can make all the throws. This kid is special. Not that great with his legs though. Part of why he is so tall.

You would think he was producing more testicles with all that height, testosterone, leadership and alpha nature, but my guess he only has two sacks. However if he was just continously producing them like a Ford motor company assembly line I wouldnt be shocked. Yet likely just two sacks that touch the ground. They might get in his way a lot so I can see him getting caught in the pocket because of that if the Oline is week. Damn he can throw though.

Carlton, no more goofing around, OK? This message board is serious business. What we post on this message board will determine the future of the program, and who starts at the QB position next season. Please keep your horseplay to a minimum or I will be forced to RA. Thx.

Funky I take your warning seriously, but this is no joking matter. As you stated before, the stakes are too high to not post about our potential QB of the future. Plus if I am correct about Mack my guess is I am made an hononary member of the coaching staff by CKD.

He's been in Deboer system for two years now.
