Is it time to blow up the coaching staff again?

DC is average with well above average talent. DC hasn't produced stellar ILB play and he coaches that position.
DL coach has recruited well but DL development is lacking.
OC may have allowed college football to pass him by a la Jimbo Fisher.
WR coach has allowed WR production to fall off a cliff. No one is expecting Wiggins' guys to be what Locksley turned the WR group into but for the unit to fall off a cliff while signing 4 and 5 stars is unacceptable.

Agree 100%. As Saban has said himself, he's a loyal guy and he likes to hang on to people. This is a strength but also a weakness
When you've got bad coaches, Saban needs to push them out. It's a little odd that none of our coaches have ever technically been fired. Maybe that needs to change.
The thing is, Alabama's brand is so strong, and so good at advancing coaches' careers that we can literally get any coach in the entire country. No reason why we shouldnt have the best.
And as far as turnover goes, it seems to me that we're a better team when we have coaches that DO get job offers after the season as opposed to guys that nobody wants

No one is melting down in this thread. We're pointing out obvious coaching defeciencies.
We obviously have a great team.
But due to bad coaching, this team may not make the playoffs in a year when we should be annihilating everyone.

Saban never ceases to amaze me on coaching hires. He seems to roll the dice on really unproven people. One of the worst hires was Loxley at OC. Locksley had ZERO proven OC experience. He was lucky to get rid of him so easily...... Saban could hire anyone he wants. Why he hires some of the people he does is beyond me. He seems to think he can just "plug" someone into his system and everything will work. I find this especially true at OC.

What?! As successful as our program is you'd think we'd have more intelligent fans. This is literally one of the dumbest posts I've seen recently. Locks has successfully rebuilt Maryland into a ball club that challenged Michigan on the road today. And, they might be the third best team in the Big 10. Locks is literally one of the best hires Saban has ever made.
Locks is literally one of the best position coaches/coordinator/recruiter Saban has ever had at any of his stops.

Locksley was horrible at OC. Our talent can cover a multitude of flaws. Even BoB is better than Locksley, at least he had some experience coming in.
