Level 3 violation? Is that the highest?

Tampering with players on another team during the season? What the frick? The coach should get a show cause and the whole team should get a bowl ban.

Tampering is one of the only guardrails in the portal era and it carries almost zero weight if you get caught violating it like Iowa
