Ty just isn't capable of running the offense imo,

So... your opinion is that Ty would've had a worse stat line than 11/26 with 3 INTs??

Yeah, KDB is taking the high road and good for him . Everybody knows Milroe did not play well, no need to call him out

No but he isn't getting any real number of snaps in practice. Coaches have zero confidence in him.

Did you read the entire exchange? He essentially criticized every position group EXCEPT QB.

Most people on this board don't want to hear it, but there's blame across the board. Moving on from Milroe doesn't fix all the things wrong with this team/coaching staff.

Agreed there are more issues, but how about we start with the guy responsible for touching the pigskin on every offensive play first. Ty is better by not being Jalen, period. Ty was never given his true due. Was given second opportunity in South Florida game last year, only because the coordinator was besties with the ND transfer. Then when he starts moving the ball downfield, we throw in Jalen because of reasons and the team possibly threatening revolt. Jalen is a serious liability to the trajectory of Alabama football going forward. If he starts next year, we'll be in the exact same place right now accept then we might be talking of a new head coach and the disappearance of great play makers. Im not even convinced recruiting will still be top 10. Coaches have to be willing to adapt the playcalling, scheme, and personnel if need be. It's starts with permanently removing our dead weight QB.

I don't hear him criticize anyone by name. If you say the QB that's pretty much one guy unlike other positions

Agreed. Not only is he a terrible quarterback but he’s seriously affected the locker room with his attitude. DeBoer needs to be a true leader and clean house.

He specifically mentioned drops and losing a ball in the lights, among other errors. Is it a mystery as to who dropped those passes and lost a ball in the lights? Whether he specifically said Dippre, Germie, and RW is irrelevant because anyone who watched the game knew who he was referring to.

Tow different coaching staffs have shown they don’t believe in him. I know the backup qb is always the best when the starting qb sucks, but if he can’t beat out milroe I’m not very confident in him for the future.

I'm just trying to give CKD the benefit of the doubt at this point lol

He is here at least a few more years at a minimum

DeBoer made a mistake not playing Simpson last night when he had the perfect opportunity to do so. Milroe's ability/potential will show in the NFL draft. Nobody except Alabama fans knew how good Namath was until the draft. It will be surprising if Milroe enters the draft this year. If he starts next year start looking for a new coach.

Honestly, benching Milroe would be seen as equal to George Wallace blocking blacks from attending BAMA. Ain't gonna happen.

"I thought he kept battling". What? Dude 3/4 assesd it on the tackle attempt ... Trying to leg whip the OK player I wouldn't bench him for the pick but the effort

Everything points to Milroe hitting the draft, that seems like a certainly. Obviously it seems like the media is over rating him based on the production.

But just like Richardson the tools are probably intriguing to an NFL team

Milroe kept referencing having a “1-0 mentality” after getting their arse kicked. The roster needs a total overhaul. The “leaders” left from the Saban era are average players aside from Campbell. Milroe goes through a season like he’s on the campaign trail. All these little cliche platitudes don’t mean anything. They say all the right shite and then do the complete opposite.

After the pick six he needed to sit a series at minimum. That’s when you sit him down with the tablet and fricking coach. The guy at the top needs to understand his job is to win football games. At the end of the day that’s his job, no matter how he gets it done, that’s the job. Milroe is a good kid, Deboer and everyone else likes him. He works hard. He’s a freakish athlete. He sucks at quarterback.

I posted a similar article last night. Deboer actually thinks things are not that way off. He mentions things were just weird, if we had this happen, or that happen.

He has no idea how incredibly bad his game plan was or even how to fix it. Which is why we continued to run the same qb run plays.

They actually took plays away that worked in previous games, throws to the rb etc. That was their game plan, less plays. I don't think they are the right coaches. Hopefully I'll be proven wrong.

Milroe is a constant the last two years.

The coaching staff has changed.

Look at the difference in the win loss records and tell me who is to blame.

Yes, because Anthony Richardson has been such stunning success at QB for the Colts. Guy has 5 TDs, 7 INTs and a QBR of 48, which is 4th from rock bottom in NFL.

If an NFL team wanted a QB to emulate those stats, your guy Jalen could probably do that with ease.

Milroe probably insanely believes he has a great shot at a long term NFL career. The only way that happens is if he’s hired as a human tackling dummy.

I freely admit I’m no expert but it seems pretty obvious to me that if Radio is too stupid to run a college offense, there is ZERO chance he could run an NFL offense.

Still won those games that Alabama is losing this year. If the players are the same and the results are different, then it's the coaches and not the players that are the problem.
