enlighten me as to why CKD had to play Milroe all game and every game? What if he doesn't, what's his punishment for pulling him?
You guys are crazy for believing such BS!

None of us know the truth. We can only speculate at best.
I wish a disgruntled player would spill it.

Life's greatest mystery. The backups have to royally suck worse than Milroe which is hard to fathom. Folks will say "nah" but I can't think of any other logical explanation. No one can possibly be that loyal to something so shitty. I refuse to believe it. I mean, Ty could barely even muster a first down against an AAC school last year. So that has to be the reason we kept trotting out Simple Jack.

I just can't wrap my head around any coach or NIL collective willingly agreeing to some type of guaranteed starter clause. If this year was always going to be a wash to DeBoer why wouldn't he hold an open qb competition and not give a damn who it upset ?

You guys can keep saying the same thing, but Nick Saban stuck with him as well.
Agree. Can only assume Milroe has pics of CDK doing lines off hookers or something.

There’s no guarantee starter clause. I can assure you of that.
UA did DeBoer a disservice by thrusting Milroe on him early on as if he was the returning Heisman/Natty winner. DeBoer did the program a disservice by not having the balls to bench him at any point in the season…if even for a series or two.

I don't think it was this because it makes no sense whatsoever for many reasons. There is absolutely something going on though, because what we've been shown/told also makes no sense.

The fricktard should have been benched in the Tennessee game. He played badly against South Carolina the week before and we escaped. But Tennessee was able to make us pay for his mistakes. DeBoer should have been a leader and benched his sorry arse.

We just saw an NIL collective work with the coaching staff to guarantee Mbakwe a position change.

And that’s the issue. Deboer is no leader. Just watch his mannerisms in post game or halftime talks when we are losing or have lost. He looks lost. I’m sure he’s a nice guy. He’s no leader. His speech is full of okay right, mmmmmkay, you know, etc…. His offense took his mentality, weak and incompetent. There is no such thing as bad units, only bad leaders.

There is more truth to the field and locker room conflicts than to a rumored contract that legally ties his hands to not pulling said star.

OK how can you be the kind of leader you seek when the players have equal power to the coaches and sometimes make more money?

It won’t happen. It’s why Saban retired. Why Kirby looks tired. College football has changed and is changing more. It won’t look the same ever again.

And I am going to get flamed, but IMO because of our culture and what we hold dear as a program … and I love those values … we’re going to play hell keeping up in that new environment.

Those WRs are disgruntled.
They didn't seem to like Milroe much and he seemed to purposely avoid throwing to #5 after he ripped him on the sideline.
So spare me the "lockerroom" is forcing Saban and KDB to pick Milroe.
We just have trash QBs

One more thing the worst part of this is the worst thing about our team isn't even Milroe.
It's #74 and #57
We can't even run half the time and our pass plays get blown up (if Milroe doesn't throw a duck or wait forever to throw to a wide open guy).
