Absolutely horrendous. Nothing can be done now but that was a back breaking no call.

This game reminded me a lot of the 9-6 game. We left a lot of points on the field but a lot of that was from shoddy ref work.

Would that have put the ball at the 2 or would that had been just a 15 yard penalty?

It wasn't just one bad no call. Countless. On the very next play another facemask wasn't called.

The refs should be fired....and investigated. Period.

The no pass interference call in the 4th. HORRIBLE no call. Literally changed the outcome of the game. At a bare minimum, Bama gets a FG there and ties the game.

Don’t hold me to this but I read last night from someone at the game that there wasn’t a flag thrown, ESPN jumped the graphic because it looked so egregious… I was looking for an actual flag and never saw one either.

Picking up the PI flag was insane. Let it stand and then let the film decide. To just pick a flag before its even reviewed is terrible officiating. Everything close went Georgi's way. Like it has been going all year.

The problem was, they never threw one and PI can't be reviewed.

Sportscenter and the SEC Network confirmed one was thrown and picked up.

The Tenner one was the worst ever but this one was pretty bad.

Gotcha. Thanks. I stand corrected.

All good. I thought the same but both networks said otherwise.

If there was such a thing, Bama would hold the record of refs delay in making a penalty decision after the play was over; like they are deciding how it will affect the game if they make they call.

This was worse. On that pass interference call against Tennessee in 2022, there was some contact. It was a tough call, but there was some discernible reason the mistake might have been made. On this play, you have the Bama receiver tackled in the end zone with an official looking directly at it. I can't think of a benign reason for that no call.

The ref was at the goal post basically and waited a good long while to throw the flag. Kool Aid ( I think) was a good 7 yards going the other way when that guy pulled his flag.
