How exactly is he supposed to get better than he is now? Okay, reduce things like delay of game penalties, but that is not ceiling stuff.

He had multiple incomplete passes yesterday and took a couple of sacks.

The things he’ll get better at is faster processing and being able to open up more of the playbook and protections and stuff.

He’s always had to tier arm talent and he’s gotten great at pocket presence and keeping his eyes down the field.

Experience and physical maturation. His arm, pocket presence, and mobility are what they are. The kid is a really special talent no matter how you look at it. Some of the throws he can make are what you see from guys like Mahomes, Stafford, and prime A-A-ron. He just has to keep leveling up as a field general, and the only way to do that is seeing more of what DCs throw at him.

Downfield accuracy is still a work in progress. Pocket presence can be improved.

He's got another 5-7 years before he is full grown. I imagine he will get another 25lbs of pure muscle by then.

They say that there is no such thing as a stupid question.

This OP proves that is not true.

More reps equals better execution, processing information even quicker.

He’ll be the first player in college football history to improve after his first year starting

I guess I am asking what more of amazing can a guy do? His touch is nearly perfect. He feather in a ball against SCar that was an inch over the db’d finger tips. He has done this several other times. He throws perfect balls on the run both ways. He saves receivers from hospital catches with ball placement. He threw a ball on the run to Lottie Brooks that was placed back shoulder to a guy who was crossing right to left. His pocket presence is like he has multiple eyes. His open field skills are top notch. He’s fast. He’s durable. He’s humble.

I get that he has things to tweak and places to grow a bit, but does this guy really have much ceiling left? To me he has blown through the roof. That is o e of the best quarterbacks I’ve ever seen.
