We are fricked and will be for a LONG time.

Deboer is here for a long time. May as well support him and the admin for now Anything else is just useless bitching.

Seriously. There is nothing to say really. DWI and let's just get a

If you ever bitched about Saban, you are looking like a fig right now.

There's not a fricking thing you can now or ever do about it. DeBoer is the HC for a while going forward

You could always take the free market approach. If enough people did that I promise you heads will roll

He'll be here for at least another 4 or 5 years. How will you DWI in the meantime?

Get rid of him however, maybe USC will take him. We need to get Stein.

He may have been the best at win % wise but I don't think he is a good fit. He is soft and his teams are soft. His offense doesn't work against most SEC defenses.

I’m not satisfied with the results like most here. But it does feel like some folks believe we took a flyer on KD and there were options that were obviously better. Which would be a list coaches that had/have no intentions of leaving their current jobs.

Yeah - I am learning that I have obsessed about this thing far too much and that there are much more worthwhile things to invest in. Yes, NIL is a problem. But we got blown off the field yesterday - and I don't think NIL had anything to do with it. This is a coach(es) problem. The failure to adjust, the failure to take responsibility, the failure to lead - is a coach(es) problem. One that we are stuck with for the next 3 years. CKD is more committed to Grubb than he is Alabama. Grubb isn't committed to us at all. It is what it is.

I’m getting to this point. The brand of ball DeBoer fields makes wins often unenjoyable and losses infuriating.

I'd love to hear this list. Kirby? In his tenth season at Georgia, he was just embarrassed at home by Auburn, needed the refs to beat Deboer and almost certainly would have lost to Vandy if their QB wasn't out. Not to mention his win record since Deboer was hired is only slightly better.

Maybe Cristobal (huge maybe) but he just struggled at home against Florida State and up until last season, our fans saw him as a no-coaching retard that dropped more eggs than Deboer at the time.

There is no other Nick Saban and that's a pill people refuse to swallow. No matter who we hire, we're going to have games like yesterday. Who are arguably the best coaches in cfb today? Kiffin? He was embarrassed by Kentucky (again) and was in a battle with Louisiana Tech until the depth chart kicked in in the second half. Sark? Lol 0-2 vs Deboer and has had multiple wtf losses at Texas. Lanning? Yet another clown that has multiple wtf losses and struggle wins over teams Deboer annihilated (ie Wisconsin).

Cignetti is probably the only coach capable of winning big at Bama but even he looks iffy without a 30 year old Heisman winning QB.

Cignetti benefits from a weak schedule.

I don't expect Saban. I just expect a team that looks ready to play and executes like they had a practice that week.

Then DeBoer needs to do some soul searching and make some changes. If he truly wants to compete in this conference and compete for a national title, he needs to make staff changes, he needs to instill toughness and he needs to push the team. The time for being comfortable is over.

DeBoer needed to learn that program paradigm shift somewhere else. Saban learned the process midway through his Michigan State tenure and proceeded to implement it from day 0 at Baton Rouge and Tuscaloosa.

DeBoer needs a similar revelation and paradigm shift in approach tactically, strategically, philosophically, etc. However, I don’t think he’s got the time to reinvent a program. But maybe not since we extended him, moronically, in early 2026.

Wish we had Cignetti and he’d probably come. Hope someone else doesn’t get him.
