It's a crazy situation but don't nobody know what Darius Miles did so I'm a sit back and allow the details to come out before going all nuclear.

I'm pro-dp but if she was accidentally caught in crossfire, I can't go with it. Death penalty should be for the worst of the worst and shouldn't involved all kinds of appeals,etc if evidence is clear cut.
