It’s a tactic I’ve seen quite a few times when I worked in Federal Law Enforcement. Let them sit in County until someone rolls over. It’s about as old a tactic as it comes. I honestly don’t see them rolling at this point and my guess is the state is running out of time and knows their case is Luke warm.

They’ll probably plea down. It’s a shame some people may be innocent and have to sit in jail waiting on justice. Miles may be guilty of being a dumbass but not a murder.

It seems Miles and Davis truly believe they acted in self defense. I really doubt the prosecutors want to take this to trial and let a jury decide, especially given the history of the gang bangers the victim was riding around with and their actions that were caught on video prior to the shooting.
