Kiffin pulled a top 10 recruiting class with only 16 recruits and did it again the year after with 12 recruits due to sanctions

This is true, but you look at the players and those classes in hindsight were hot garbage. To put it in perspective the best QB he recruited was Max Browne. I could be missing it but his best recruit is either Nelson Agholar or Leonard Williams.

He's a fricking child, just like anyone that thinks he's not.
He's where he needs to be - a school that can't complain about winning a few games they shouldn't but never accomplishing anything much.

Kiffin is a flat-out lazy recruiter, which is why he basically just turns that over to his NIL/booster crew to poach from the portal for him. Do any of you think that would fly in Tuscaloosa? There are reasons why he wasn’t seriously considered for our job. No telling how many “no’s” from other coaches it would have taken for him to receive an offer to coach here.

Not that I'm defending Kiffin, well a little, but like we just saw with the Courtney Morgan extension, a lot more of the recruiting responsibilities are starting to get delegated. A HC in today's college football world simply doesn't have the time to stay on top of everything and still be sane.
If you had a HC that still obviously recruited but left 50% of the responsibilities to someone else and he was a great X's and O's guy and developer, I wouldn't have an issue with a "weaker" recruiter at HC.

I don't disagree that class panned out poorly, but it's false that he's been a garbage recruiter at every stop
Even for us he was the primary for Scarborough, Barnett, Hurts, etc. and secondary for guys like Cotton
The last thing anyone would've criticized Kiffin for ten years ago is recruiting so i'm confused where this notion comes from

All one needs to do is look at OM’s recruiting M-O since he’s been there. Their primary aim is to hit the portal hard with NIL$, with plenty of tampering for sure. Yes, Ole Miss has always had to use payola to recruit well, similar to Auburn. Only difference now is it’s “legal”.
Anyone who thinks Lane Kiffin wants to get down in the weeds and fight the big boys for big time recruits is plain nuts. Lane is basically just an “X and O’s” coach who wants to take shortcuts and not be bothered with much else.
The only head coaches who have had consistent success at Alabama have been adults. Those who have strayed from that have had predictably mixed results.

I'm getting the sense that Lane boinked your girlfriend while he was in Tuscaloosa. All kidding aside, I do believe that Lane has changed a bit and has grown up a good bit since his days in Tuscaloosa. He has admitted on a number of occasions that he was an immature idiot who deserved to be fired by Coach Saban.
However, one of the main reasons he'll probably never be the HC at Bama is because one of the members of the BOT has made it a blood vendetta that under no circumstances will Lane ever be the HC at Bama. Until that BOT member dies, no matter how well Lane may do, it ain't happening at Bama.

Everyone thinks getting tarmac'd was rock bottom for Kiffin, but it was actually Saban hitting him with "I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed" when he got fired.

I want Alabama to have the best possible head coach it can, and Lane Kiffin is certainly not a better choice than what we made. The ONLY head coach I would trade for DeBoer right now is Demeco Ryans.

Im sorry but i don't know where to post this. Can someone please help me. I've ordered 3 tickets off of stub hub for the western Kentucky game 2 months ago and still haven't gotten my tickets. Has anyone else ever ordered tickets from there? How soon before the event did you get your tickets?

You're fine.
The tickets will be delivered electronically 24 hours before kickoff.

Yep, StubHub works like this with everything. I’ve had them show up even less than that.
In the rare case something were to go wrong and you don’t get your tickets day of contact StubHub and they will make it right.

This is from Stubhub's site..... LINK
quote:
When will I get my tickets?
You'll get your tickets by your event day or the date on your order's expected arrival date - whichever comes first. This is based on when the seller told us they'd have the tickets. We can't ask them to send tickets earlier than the date in your order details.
It may be close to the event due to ticket delivery delays. This happens when the primary ticket company doesn’t release the tickets to the original buyer for a while.
Some venues, artists, and teams don't release tickets until a couple days before an event. You may not get them until just before that date.
If your order's expected arrival date is the same as the event date, the seller is required to send them in time for your event
We keep track of all orders and guarantee delivery by the date in your account. As this date approaches, you don't need to contact us.
To check your expected delivery date, look at the "Ready" date in the order details
Registered users: Log in to your StubHub account. Go to "My tickets" then Orders.
Guest users: Follow Buying and viewing tickets as a guest
You can also review Understanding your order's delivery status based on the kind of ticket you have.

The only time I ever had an issue was last basketball season against Indiana St. I Bought tickets about three days before, but tickets never appeared on my app, had to buy two more while on the shuttle to the arena. Fortunately, the ticket girl was cool and let me sit in my original and much better seats, StubHub eventually gave me a refund.
Highly doubt that happens to you.

My kids bought Taylor Swift tickets for Nissan on StubHub. They were walking to the stadium and the tickets still had not been transferred, we got StubHub involved and my kids were allowed to pick replacement tickets. They went from 300 lvl seats behind the stage with an obstructed view to 4th row floor seats for no additional cost. They missed the opening act, but StubHub made it right and promised me they would suspend the seller for a year.
If you don’t get your tickets, contact them before the game starts.
