If DeBoer has a really good first year, it's going to get really exciting to see what he can in recruiting when it's proven he can win in the SEC. He's getting penalized a bit with the Saban retirement and everyone using that against him in recruiting but when he has his own tape to show, look out.

He hasn't coached a game here and he has the 5th ranked class on On3. I think he has already proven he will do ok with recruiting.

The guy also worked the portal extremely well considering what he was up against from the day he took the position. Also being able to keep Ryan Williams in the class.

Auburn fans are the literal worst people. They made the same argument when Saban was hired in 2007. They said that he wouldn’t be able to recruit like he did at LSU. Most irritating people. I hate that we have to put up with them.

The SEC expansion is going to be bad for them. It’s going to be harder and harder for them to have those horseshoe up their arse seasons where it all comes together.
NiL has really negated Freeze’s best strength…cheating his arse off and daring the NCAA to do something. Auburn is going to be a lower mid-tier SEC team for the foreseeable future and that’s really all there is to it.

Someone on TI mentioned that Notre Dame mods seem to think Ivan Taylor is likely gone from them (likely to Bama soon, I presume). Anyone seeing this somewhere?
