I guess at least the judge waited til today. Pretty sure we don’t beat Auburn without Bediako

I do not think Bediako really made a ton of difference. Arguably biggest impact was Auburn though.

He didn’t the first four games, but he did Saturday. Ya’ll can downvote away, but we don’t win that game without Bediako.

One of the top teams in the conference has their best player, a 25-year-old, playing on a TRO and not a soul has made a peep about it.

This is the main reason I wanted Bediako to win the case. There are so many examples of this kind of crap all across the country right now, from European pros being eligible to G-League guys being eligible to guys like Agee, Baker-Mazara, and Grant-Foster still being eligible because reasons even though they're older than like half the NBA. It's all bullshite, but naturally we're literally the only program that isn't allowed to benefit from it and the only program anyone in the media is demanding be punished for trying to benefit from it.

Can and will Bediako appeal? He should.

This is what I want to know

ETA: According to Grok, he can appeal, probably will appeal, but will not be able to play while waiting.

NCAA is so broken and I doubt it can be repaired and frankly, I hope the shite implodes!!! Attorney gives 38 examples of current players on college rosters that had international and G league experience, yet Charles gets cut. Makes perfect sense! Agee at A&M on a TRO for a 7th season, Baylor dude in the same draft as Charles and the dude at BYU that played in 50+ G League games last season and not a damn word!!! Hate it for Bediako! Maybe Williamson has his light come on and figure some shite out since his arse had been catching plenty of splinters over the last 5 games.

Just because there are cases that are blatantly ridiculous doesn’t mean we should continue to add to that list….

This move was incredibly shortsighted to begin with. It’s already come out via a statement that our wins with Bediako will effectively be sweeped under the rug during selections since we’ll be judged on our performance without him.

This was a lose lose move

Clear to me everyone targeted Bama on this one. Bama never is going to get a break because everyone looks at us like we don't deserve it and our admin bends over and takes it.

An appeal is a must. Sounds like a write in campaign should be mounted against that judge.

I actually think Chuck can win the appeal it’s just how long does it take and I think that’s what they are banking on.

I think this attorney must have done a really poorly job arguing the case or this judge just personally doesn’t like the lawyer because the likelihood of winning and irreparable damage tests would seem to favor Bediako’s position.

I fear that this is just the start of Oats washing his hands of the college game. He can't even get a local judge to help him out and has no backing from the conference commissioner. I wouldn't blame him leaving to go somewhere else that would support him whether that is the NBA or a conference that doesn't have a stick up their arse about one school in the conference
