Anyone ?

Tua isn't a change of pace.

Tua isn't a little better than Hurts, he is in another class all together.

Tua is a future Sunday QB, and Hurts only knows how to run to his right.

Najee on the other hand was a physical presence, and really helped turn the momentum in the ground game.

My goodness, I'll never understand how these guys rode pine for Hurts and Bo.

Bo playing so much was a head scratcher, especially after seeing Najee run train that 2nd half. The Triumvirate of Tua, Jeudy, and Najee will be cumtastic the next two years!

Saban can be loyal to a fault.

We were one play from it costing Bama a title so.... yes, it matters a lot.

If Tua starts the game I'm not sitting here in need of heart medication.

Saban often trusts the older guys to a fault.

It is obvious the best players didn't play this season. Glad Saban finally decided to play them.

Alabama just won #17. Can people just celebrate without being critical of personnel decisions that led us to the NC game. When the season was on the line, freshmen made plays to save it. What else can you ask for? Maybe they weren't ready during the year. And don't forget, D. Harris had a heck of a year. So....frick you, too and Roll Tide.

Maybe...

Just maybe...

Maybe the $10 million dollar head coach didn't want to give opposing teams enough film on these guys to scheme against.....

Because if Tua plays against Clemson, who's to say Kirby doesn't force him into his weaknesses?

Young players make mistakes, mistakes lose you games. We hit a tipping point tonight that it didn’t matter anymore and Saban went for it.

Give credit where it’s due; we needed production and he went with who could get it done.

As for Harris and the other freshman you saw, I’d imagine we went more with them because that’s who Tua was getting his reps with. May not have been as much about talent as knowing each other’s timing and style.

If we lose by 3, which we almost did, every single one of you would wish Tua had started the game because he clearly undeniably gave this team the best chance to win.

Tua won the game. Without him we had zero shot.

Tua didn't win the game...Get a grip. Defense stepped up, other guys made key plays as well. He took a stupid sack in overtime but came thru . It was a team win...Not about one guy .

It was a team win, but it's like Saban himself said about Jimmy G for the 49ers. He comes in and the whole team, even defense, plays better. Jalen put up a goose egg at the half, Tua came out and put up 26 points in one half plus two OT plays. Tua's got some growing to do, but going to him is the single move that completely changed the tide (pun intended) of the game.
