I've been team Tua for months. Basically as soon as Jalen proved he couldn't progress.

I do believe that Salsa has asked that we refrain from bashing Jalen.

Jalen won 25 games for us, and was the reason that we even got to the championship game last year. What? Was Blake Barnet going to get us there? A coach does not just rip the position away from a guy who's won and won and won because a true freshman can throw the ball.

Jalen is an unselfish guy who loves his team and his university. No one was more excited than Jalen. First time we've seen emotion from the guy is when his backup looks like Joe Montana.

Tua showed that he is the future of Alabama football. He won't leave the field again unless he's injured. Alabama is in very good hands with Tua.

Saban did the right things in the right way. He made the changes that had to be made and we won. Hindsight is always 50/50 , and Monday morning coaching is easier than on the field coaching. But, I will take Saban as my coach everyday.

Now let's let this be the last thread questioning/bashing Jalen and/or coach Saban.

I haven't read the entire thread, just clicked on to this last page, but he could have brought him in the Auburn game. That one still stings a little.

Tua didn't win the game...Get a grip. Defense stepped up, other guys made key plays as well. He took a stupid sack in overtime but came thru . It was a team win...Not about one guy .

For serious? But when Hurts was playing, you reminded us often of how many games he had won. But now, though we scored 0 points in the first half and nearly every unbiased observer would say that Tua was the single most important factor we won this game, you can't give him credit.

Najee wasn't ready. he had lot to learn.....

Tua was still making mistakes in practice like Boz said... Simple as that.

I've never given hurts all the credit...I love the hypocrisy of people who care more about being right than they do about the team

Yup there is nothing wrong about wanting Tua to start as long as the poster complaining wasn't shitting all over a Bama player giving it his all. Its up to the Bama coaches who plays. Shitting all over Jalen just shows me that the bitching poster is a miserable person in their real life, probably have no successes of their own, and live almost entirely vicariously through the success of this team.

Doesn't change the fact that jalen can still be valuable to this team

I agree with that. He's too good an athlete not to find a spot for him, whether it be h back, receiver, db. He may even develop into a NFL propect.

Tua started hitting receivers that Jalen didn't even know we had. Look how he spreads the ball around... Jalen plays with fear. No doubt in my mind that we would have lost without Tua.

We been saying it for months...tua was the answer.

Fair enough, well reasoned response. To the poster who wants to race bait I was referring to the petty jokes about jalen being a running back, the conversation about his pistol shooting after TDS. U know trashing a good kid just for fricks sake

Probably for reasons like throwing into triple coverage in the end zone and throwing an INT on a running play.

Your right. They should have left Hurts in.

I'm good with that throw in triple coverage. Jump ball that hit the receiver in the hand, could have been a catch.

You implied it. I'd love to see someone compile a list of your posts regarding Tua and Jalen last week.
