O'Brien is not responsible for Milroe turnovers.

No, being a green QB in your first ever start against a viable SEC opponent is though.

Damn y'all after reading the last several pages I don't know whether to pull for Troy this year or just wait on basketball season.

We're in mid-season form.

Not the fumbles, but I don't think you can fully separate QB from playcaller on INTs when the playcaller is asking not Bryce Young to be Bryce Young instead of just calling plays with easy, simple reads to get him comfortable before expanding the playbook like literally every competent OC does with an inexperienced backup QB.

Any chatter on who the top 3-4 WRs are? Hoping the group is Brooks, Bond, Benson and Law with Henderson pushing for a spot

Wish Burton moved on, Bama needed that addition by subtraction. At least they got that on Defense with Hellams and Tootoo moving on

Downs > Hellams
Campbell > Tootoo

Hellams was Hootie Jones 2.0, Tootoo was Trey Depriest 2.0

Also don't like bringing in transfers from in conference teams, could be a Russian spy

Tootoo and Burton both stink

Say what ? Burton is a very talented player and will be a starter this season. He actually performed well the last four games of 2022.

if he was so talented why didn't he go and get drafted by an NFL team?

Tootoo

Definitely got sucked into the wrong hole on the run and every time he vacated the middle, it would be a guaranteed first down

He drops more than he catches

I don’t disagree on Henry underperforming. Campbell is going to be a major step up athletically.

All of the receivers have had drop issues. Wiggins needs to work with them harder to get that changed.

Prentice will definitely be getting plenty of snaps.

Milroe is arguably the best all around athlete on the team outside of Kool Aid and Kendrick Law
put him at slot receiver then.

Burton- Benson/Henderson-Hamilton
Brooks- Prentice- Preston/Hale
Bond- Law- Adams

How I expect the depth chart to start at the 3 positions.

TS:
Same basic throwing motion at all three levels. He has been drilled so much on his throwing motion that I am concerned about off platform throws when under fire.
this sounds like borrowing trouble. Having a consistent
and technically sound motion for all throws is what you are supposed to do, it's a plus you are making a minus. Have you seen TS doing off platform throws and being inaccurate? Have you seen him do an off platform throw at all? I'm sure they all get drilled on off platform throws same as any other kind of throw. Honestly, he's such a good runner if he's off platform id almost just as soon see him keep it in the ground

Never heard anyone complain before about the QB being too consistent in his throwing motion and having practiced it too much

Simpson has been working with QB Country all Summer. Seems like if he had issues with his delivery that they would have addressed them.

Honest to God I think we should have some Deebo Samuel type plays for him

He could take hand offs like Deebo. The guy is so versatile.

Not trying to borrow trouble. I have seen only one "off platform throw" from him and he did a great job with it. The real issue on off platform throws is you will not know how well he does with them until they are made against live fire. Liv fire will not happen until gametime. That is not something that can be practiced in a black jersey. For me it is just an unknown.
