This...ain't pretty.

Today's StatsBomb chart: Pressures allowed by the Bama O-line. Red = bad. They played a couple different guys at LG, but whewwwww they were pretty porous there. (Latham was pretty great at RT, though.)

BY's throwing session is over.

I thought he looked pretty good (as usual). Burton dropped a couple deep balls and a couple of other deep throws hit the nets/rafters along the ceiling.

But yeah, nothing we haven't seen from BY the past two years!

Benson will be WR1 this year. Can't wait to see him in action.

Henry Toto. Does he have the speed to play outside LB at the NFL.

Dude just looks different running routes compared to Burton and Brooks.

I'm also really excited to see him on the field!

I don't know about his speed, but I think his biggest issue is his inability to shed blocks. Seems to get swallowed up too frequently when being blocked one-on-one.

on the inside yes but he will not be required to shed as many blockers on the OLB spot? At least they will not be the big uglies coming at him as much as ILB

Benson looks bigger than had been previously reported. on3 sports compared him to Henry Ruggs in terms of measurables. I don't see that at all. Benson is legit 6-1, 200 and has great all around ability.

Bond is one to watch this year at WR. Those in the program have raved about him. Wiggins told some people at a REC meeting that he thinks Bond will be an All-American before he leaves. Regardless, we should have incredible competition at that position this year.

The four B's plus Prentice, Law, etc. We'll be SOOOO much improved at that spot.

Law is such a good player. I love watching that guy play. He's uniquely built for a WR. He looks like a RB physically. Prentice should be better in his second year. Jalen Hale is also a top 50 national recruit.

He almost reminds me of Amari Cooper the way he ran that route.

None of those people threw the ball for Blake Sims, he did it for himself. He threw a good deep ball, and his elusiveness compared to our prior quarterbacks was startling. Jalen Milroe may or may not show the improvement that Blake Sims made, we'll see.
Agree.

An underrated facet of Blake's game was the highly accurate tunnel screen passes that were like a handoff all the way to the sideline. It greatly added to the effectiveness of those otherwise boring plays that Kiffin was wont to call. (For some reason AJ had tremendous problems throwing this pass, often causing the back or WR to jump for the ball or turn all the way around. This in contrast to his magical 25 yard outs.)

Blake didn't have the Tebow hitch motion. Milroe takes half an hour to get the ball out

If we can’t get one of the speed guys from that class to pop questions need to be asked.

Their failure to get open was one of my biggest questions about BOB last year.

Even if they weren’t running the best routes or always in the right place they should’ve been separating with that speed from average to poor defenses and it just wasn’t usually the case last year.

One of them should’ve been at a minimum a poor man’s version of JaMo but it didn’t really happen.

So many questions:
-Did BOB just know BY didn’t have his deep ball post Arkansas and limit the route distances?
-Were they under performing or over thinking?
-Was the offense changed from the previous year because BOB hated me personally and wanted to upset me as I watched in anger from the stands?

dude has jacked up too from what I’ve seen. For a WR obviously. Looks more filled out and not as skinny

He and Prentice went to Miami during spring break to work out with Waddle and Tyreek Hill.
