You remind me so much of Barrett Sallee.

The West wasn't on the line when Bama lost to Auburn in 19.

Bama just doesn't do well JHS. 5-10 all time there, with 3 undefeated Bama teams losing their 1st game of the season there.

How Bama loses is the real kicker. 95, 97, 13, 19 all have had ridiculous endings.

This. Only 2017 they beat us solidly without any flukes in the Saban era, and that was due to being too stubborn to play the better QB...that and a decimated LB corp.

Here’s the full quote:

"Camar Wheaton's still rehabbing. He's not on the field yet. He's got a ways to go.“

No details as to when it occurred, but this is from an Oct 4th SI write up: LINK

“… Wheaton Dealing with Meniscus Injury“

quote:

Additionally, Saban revealed that freshman running back Camar Wheaton, who to this point has not played in a single game this season, has been held out due to a meniscus injury.

“He hasn’t practiced," Saban said. "He had a meniscus or whatever, and so he’s just kind of week to week, but you know he's not been cleared medically to practice at this point.”

Heck adults do.

I actually agree with this. Complacency is an easy trap, especially for young people without the knowledge of life

LSU is the 2nd least penalized team in the nation somehow but Alabama is 110th. Versus conference opponents LSU is 8th nationally and Alabama is 89th. But, but, but refs...

Meniscus.

Here is what Boz told me about him last week:

quote:

It was injured twice basically. Not the trainers fault. He tried to workout to soon.

3 of the most telling issues The Tide have all deal with the O-Line.Of course they are not the only issues that face this bunch. But everyone has their own issues, and I am just hoping The Tide can clean these up the next 4 weeks.

In 8 ballgames we have given up 18 sacks.50 Tackles for Losses. And 27 QB hurries. This is a problem. There are reasons:
1)Personnel issues up front
2)Lack of diversity in the run game.No perimeter or Called QB run game...
3)Picking up Red and Green dog blitzes. Also Stunts up front and Run blitzes.
4)WRs and TEs getting separation
5)BY holding on to the ball too long.
6)Lack of built-in HOT reads,routes,and recognitions

If we get these things ironed out?teams will quit coming at us so much, and then this offense can/will really be lethal. And its pretty damn effective now for the most part...RTR

Maybe our OL should be:
LT - Neal
LG - Cohen
CT - Ekiyor
RG - Brown
RT - Kight

honestly, i dont expect any major changes on the o line. i think once saban and company set the starters at the start of the season, thats who they'll stay with. regardless of play on the field.
