The Alabama coaching staff named six players of the week following the Crimson Tide's 24-21 win against Arkansas last Saturday. JC Latham, Amari Niblack and Kobe Prentice on offense; Justin Eboigbe on defense; and James Burnip and Quandarrius Robinson on special teams were all selected for their efforts against the Razorbacks.

Thought it was interesting when Saban said Quandarrius Robinson is one of the best special teams player we've ever had.

Very high praise. Foster still has the most memorable ST play to me.

Mack Wilson knocked Speedy Noil's tooth out.

Saban said our OL coach is doing a great job. He can’t be serious.

For some reason he reminds me of DJ Hall.

When has he ever called out a coach in a press conference? Especially if he was specifically asked about the assistant?

He won't call anyone out in public.

I think CNS HAS to get Proctor some help, most likely a TE to stay with him pretty much at all times. Otherwise, he's going to continue to get eaten alive for the next few weeks.

But that’s my point. Not sure what people expect. He’s operated the same way for 17 years.

This smelled strongly of trying to throw flowers at a guy to keep him out of the portal this off-season.

Quandarrius Robinson has seen the field plenty this season, and has made some plays on defense, and is a beast on special teams. Not sure why it'd be so hard to believe that Saban believes that.

There's also going to be 2 starting OLB positions up for grabs next year unless Braswell decides to come back, which I think is pretty unlikely given how well he has played this season.

He'd be a late 2nd early 3rd round pick right now I think

It would probably make more sense for him to return

Yeah, I know it takes up a player, but it seems like we would put Outs or maybe an extra lineman (numbered as a tight end) over there to help him sometimes.
