What I’ve seen is that some guys had a feed that was ahead of what the Ohio casino was using and making bets accordingly

New jersey has now halted bets on Bama as well. I don't bet or gamble so I don't really understand most of the nuances associated with it but it's weird to say the least. They think we threw road games to the best team in the country?

I heard it was related to the size of the bet placed on the Friday game (upwards of $20,000). Perhaps it was the size of the bet as well as the timing of when it was placed. Still doesn’t make sense to me because LSU was starting arguably the best pitcher in college ball and the ‘betting odds’ were already around 245:1 before Holman was scratched. Does the predicted outcome really change if we were throwing Holman vs Banks?

They know where the bet was placed and they have to know who placed it. I wonder what’s taking so long to investigate.

I knew Bohannons pitching decisions have been questionable all year.

This could be using this to avoid a buyout at the end of the season

Regardless I’m glad his arse is gone. Should have fired him last year. He’s an awful in game coach and developer of players.

Now I’m wondering if he’s been throwing games and that’s why we suck

Obviously I hate the reputation of Alabama taking another hit but this is the best news out everything going on, dude was already on the hot seat for on field performance and now we don't have to cover the buyout.

Bohannon was starting to come across as a lunatic this year with some of the antics and ejections. The "Calling the Hogs" when he got ejected at Arkansas was embarrassing enough. I'm interested to see how this all ties together.

Gotta think if Bo was involved in betting in last few years....
