Tough day. When you’re playing that team you need some breaks and between the missed check swing and Johnson’s error we lost a winnable game.
That last strike on Johnson was totally absurd.

Lol at that strike 3 call. Hard to take this game seriously with umps of this quality calling super regional games.

Ump expanded the zone on us after the bitching about the blown third strike.

I’m not up to date with the baseball challenge rules, but I’m assuming that missed check swing wasn’t something we could challenge and have reviewed?

He was mostly 92-93 but he did run it up there quicker a few times.

Umps screwed us today, but I thought we were about to be run ruled after we got down 3-0 in the 2nd. We still have a shot to win this series. Regroup and get ready for tomorrow.
