We really have to screw up not to be sitting at least 7-8 this time next week.

Gotta win the series vs Barn and Mizzou.

Need to win at least 1 series vs Kentucky or LSU

Avoid getting swept by State and Vandy

Win our midweek games

That should get us in a regional.

I really don’t think these are taken into consideration honestly.

If we lose every midweek game from here out and got 14-16 in conference we’re in.

Back-and-Forth Battle Favors Alabama, 7-4, for Series Sweep of Texas A&M

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Owen Diodati's three-run home run in the seventh powered Alabama baseball to a 7-4 win over Texas A&M on Sunday afternoon at Blue Bell Park. The Tide swept the Aggies for UA's first road series sweep in SEC play since 2017 with the win moving Alabama to 19-12 on the season, including a 5-7 mark in league play

Awesome sweep! Question for the avid followers of this team. Is there anywhere to get a list of injuries? Heard rumblings from a friend that they were building up???

Particularly pitching??

This is probably the most closely held to the vest non-public team in any sport that I've ever seen with injuries.

With that said, Jean pitched today, which was good. Prielipp still out with whatever for who knows how long. A couple of midweek guys are supposedly banged up but how bad we have no clue.

The injuries were building up but seem to have leveled off and Bama is getting most guys back (maybe not at 100% though).

Earlier in the season TJ Reeves was out - first with a hamstring and then when he returned he hurt his hand and was out for several weeks. William Hamiter pulled an oblique and missed a couple of weeks. Both of those guys are back.

Pitching wise Jean, Lee, and Guffey have all had problems (sore arms, tight arms, tendinitis - whatever the descriptor de jour that is used). Jean returned today after several weeks away. Lee missed one weekend series (Ole Miss ). Guffey still appears to be iffy. He hasn’t pitched much and has not been pitching as well as he is capable of in recent weeks.

And then there’s Prielipp who pitched the first game and hasn’t pitched again since then.

Am I missing anyone else?

Short Instagram vid of an aTm fan heckling Hamiter. Kinda funny with Will going along with it.

Next 11 games will tell the tale of the season. This past weekend got us back in the thick of things in terms of accomplishing our goals of getting back to Hoover and the NCAAT.

- 2 vs Samford (21-11) (RPI 93)
- 3 vs Auburn (12-16, 1-11) (RPI 104)
- 3 @ Kentucky (20-9, 6-6) (RPI 56)
- 3 vs Missouri (11-19, 4-8) (RPI 102)

8-3 (6-3) over that stretch sends us to Nashville at 27-15 (11-10) and probably needing 3 wins out of our last 9 games @ Vandy, @ LSU and vs State to get to 14-16 and probably clinch a NCAAT birth.
