I agree with that. Honestly, they all know we just made an incredible hire and it could snowball into more national championships.

I honestly have only peeked over there a few times. They’re trying so hard to bait, but I’m only interested in keeping up with convos pertaining actual facts about the new hire/staff, so the goofy trolling is a hard pass.

It won’t. They won’t care it will just turn into them bragging about running Bama fans off the site. Don’t let them get to you. Most of these posted they don’t even believe it is just about getting a response and upsetting certain fan bases. I’ve been here since 2006 and I give them as much shite as I get. Haven’t gotten mad about a post in a decade.

According to the Rant - Alabama was skipped over by 7 different coaches in TWO days.
When in actually, according to multiple sources now, Alabama got their first choice.
These are truly some of the dumbest people on the planet.
I had made it a resolution to never go back there but I did today for a small bit to try and make normal conversation, but that forum is completely and utterly lost and devoid of anything meaningful.
BTW, some of those dumb trolls/posters have made their way here. Some of the leaders here need to stamp them out.

And now it’s “they got the worse hire ever!” Comparable to Harsin at Auburn.

I've avoided the lunacy. We could have re-hired Saban and those clowns would say it was a bad hire.
They know we got a good coach. If you were ranking coaches right now in the SEC, he'd have as good a claim to #2 behind Kirby as anyone. BK made a NC game with ND and got smacked too. KD just beat Sark. Now he has to prove it in the SEC like anyone else.

Ask yourself this. If their coach retired who would they hire? Kirby? Sark? They would hire no who on paper has more upside than the one we have coming in.
I grew up in the mid 60s watching Coach Bryant lean up against the goal post on Denny Stadium. When he retired and was gone we were told there would never be another like him who would win like him.
