The "its Michigan" argument is dumb. Nebraska fans have been saying the same thing for a decade instead of accepting the new normal. Big 10 football is on life support. If Ohio State had made a bad hire instead of Urban it would be 6 feet under.

That was a small part of the argument. What I mean by that is they still care a lot about football at Michigan. It's not like he's going to Duke or something like that.

Yeah I went to a game at the Big House last year and it was an incredible experience. Plus Ann Arbor is a cool town.
But really often times it comes down to relationships with coaches and which school just feels right as much as the other things we've mentioned.

My opinion on the scheme: Saying 4 man front is the most accurate statement...our nickel & dime packages aren't strictly 4-3, especially this year because CJ Mosely is such a BA MoFo so they also run a variation with 4 man DL (including either Hubbard or Jon Allen at DE) & 2 LBs (CJ & Trey) so it is always a 4 man regardless of the LB #'s behind them
& I;'m getting confident that staff has felt good about landing Hand for a little while & recruited (or held off) on other guys accordingly

oh & BTW if he picks Bama like I expect (BOL seems to know from reading this morning) EVERY SINGLE ONE of us should send Yogurt Mountain a thank you card...he didn't seem interested until the visit to that glorious place
